52 prices from 21 companies, side by side for five countries. Each one was read on the company's own pricing page, and the address and the date are next to it.
Nothing here is ranked. Every table is in alphabetical order, so you can compare by what matters to you: your currency, your team size, and whether the AI is in the price.
Short answer
On the pages we read on 11 September 2026, the cheapest paid plans priced in local currency were AiSensy at ₹1,500 a month in India, WapsChat at ₦4,950 in Nigeria (plus a setup fee), SmartBizSystems at KES 10,000 in Kenya (after a KES 50,000 build) and BizAI at R500 before VAT in South Africa. In the Philippines we found no WhatsApp product priced in pesos; the cheapest plan in dollars was Chakra Chat at $12.49. WhatsApp message charges are usually not in these prices, and on many plans the AI is sold separately.
Who wrote this page. CertuAI wrote it, and CertuAI is in every table, in its alphabetical place, with its row marked. Where CertuAI falls short here: it bills only in US dollars, by card, while in four of these five countries some companies bill in local currency. Every other price comes from that company's own pricing page, with the address and the date we read it.
Wati's pricing page loads its price list from Wati's own server by the visitor's country. On 11 September 2026 its Growth plan was ₹2,999 a month for India, $49 for Nigeria, Kenya and the Philippines, and $69 for South Africa. A price read from another country's page can be more than 40% off.
We found 12 companies that publish a WhatsApp price in local currency: four in India, two in Nigeria, two in Kenya, four in South Africa and none in the Philippines. In Kenya both charge before you start: SmartBizSystems KES 50,000 to build, Celcom Africa KES 15,000 per number. In Nigeria, WapsChat publishes a setup fee too.
AiSensy's AI Agent Builder is $50 a month on top of the plan. Zoko charges from $24.99 a month per AI agent. Wati shows AI add-ons for South Africa from $30 a month. BizAI sells AI credits on top, at R299 to R799. Go4whatsup says AI replies are in every paid plan, and CertuAI includes the AI agent on every plan. Add the AI to the price before you compare.
Interakt sends visitors from outside India to a separate page in US dollars. Go4whatsup has a South Africa page in rand and a global page in dollars. SleekFlow's pricing page picks the currency from the country you visit from and showed us Brazilian reais, so it is not in these tables. Read a price from the country you will pay from.
ReachMax shows R2,000 a month on its pricing page and "from R1,800" on its South Africa page. ChatDaddy's pricing page and its own article about the Philippines list different plans and entry prices, so it has no number here. DoubleTick's pricing page said AI agents are "built into every plan" and, in the plan cards, "not available" on Starter and on Pro.
Chakra Chat wrote a list of providers for the Philippines that ranks Chakra first, and ReachMax's parent organisation, Local Pros, publishes a list of South African providers that ranks ReachMax. This page is written by CertuAI, which is why nothing on it is ranked and every price links to the company's own page.
WhatsApp CRM tools. Four companies publish rupee prices; Interakt writes "+taxes" next to its prices and AiSensy writes "+ GST" next to its virtual number, so budget for tax on top. The rest publish in US dollars.

WhatsApp Business API providers. We found no Filipino company that publishes a peso price for a WhatsApp product, so every price here is in US dollars. The only Filipino company we found with a peso price list, ChatGenie, prices an AI management service from PHP 50,000 a month, and its page does not mention WhatsApp.

We opened each company's own pricing page on 11 September 2026 and wrote down the price, the address of the page and the date. We did not use prices from review sites, from sales calls or from memory. We did not convert any currency: every price is shown in the currency the company shows it in, and $ always means US dollars.
Each row is the entry plan the company publishes for WhatsApp. When a company charges per person, adds a setup fee, or sells a plan only for several months at a time, the price cell says so.
Nothing is ranked. The tables are in alphabetical order. The companies are the ones we found for each country when we researched it, not every provider that exists.
We opened the pages from Brazil. Where a pricing page changes with the visitor's country, the findings above say so, and we did not publish a number we could not see for that country.
CertuAI's price comes from its plans page, which is the same price the checkout charges.

Usually not. Several companies say on their own pages that message charges come on top of the plan, and Siteti says Meta's fees are included in its plans. We did not add message charges to any price. Before you sign, ask the provider what a message costs you, who sends you that bill and whether they add a markup.
Some companies set prices by country. Wati's pricing page loads its price list by the visitor's country, and on 11 September 2026 its Growth plan was $69 a month for South Africa and $49 for Kenya, Nigeria and the Philippines. Read the price from the country you will pay from.
A plan priced in dollars costs more in local money every time your currency weakens, and your bank may add a fee for a payment in foreign currency. A plan in local currency usually keeps the same number on your bill, though not always: GotBot writes that its rand rates can change with the exchange rate. Check that your card allows dollar payments before you choose a dollar plan.
