A chatbot answers the customer. A CRM remembers the customer: who they are, what they asked, where the sale stands and who on your team is handling it. Bought as two tools, they have to be connected, and the connection is where contacts go missing.

This list is only for tools where both live in the same product. Many well known WhatsApp tools are a chatbot that connects to somebody else's CRM, or a CRM that connects to somebody else's chatbot. Those are named at the end, with the reason they were left out. Every price here has the address of the company's own pricing page and the date we opened it.

What is the best chatbot for WhatsApp with a CRM included?

Short answer

The WhatsApp chatbots that include their own CRM and publish a price in US dollars are ChatMaxima ($19 a month), Kommo ($25 per user a month, paid 6 months at a time), CertuAI ($75 a month, with an AI agent that turns every chat into a CRM contact by itself) and Zixflow ($89 a month with deals). Interakt publishes its Sales CRM in rupees, and SendPulse and Pepper Cloud complete the seven without a number we could print.

Who wrote this list. CertuAI wrote it, and CertuAI is on it, at number 3. The order comes from the rule explained under "How we checked", not from a judge outside the company. Every other price comes from that company's own pricing page, with the address and the date we checked it right next to it. Check them and decide for yourself. Where CertuAI falls short is written in its own entry, under "What to watch".

The 7 options, one by one

  1. 1. ChatMaxima

Starter $19 a month on monthly billing, shown next to a crossed-out $30, with 1 workspace, 3 team members and 10,000 messages a month. Pro $99 a month with 15 team members and 50,000 messages. On annual billing the page shows Starter at $99 a year. Every paid plan has a 7-day free trial with no credit card.

    What it is
A chat platform with AI chatbots on WhatsApp and other channels, a shared inbox and what it calls MaxCRM, described on its home page as "Profiles, pipelines, signals".
    Who it is for
A very small team that wants the lowest monthly bill for a chatbot with contact records.
    What to watch
Its home page says more about syncing leads with the CRM you already have than about its own pipeline, so test whether MaxCRM is enough for your sales process before you move your contacts in.

Price published at https://chatmaxima.com/pricing/, checked on 2026-10-13.

  2. 2. Kommo

Base $25 per user a month, billed $150 per user for 6 months. Advanced $35 per user a month, where the page lists the no-code bot builder and up to 3 AI agents. Pro $45 per user a month with up to 50 AI agents. The page says the minimum subscription is 6 months and that monthly payment is not available. Base includes 1 WhatsApp number and 750 AI credits per user a month. 14-day free trial with no credit card.

    What it is
A sales CRM with pipelines and WhatsApp inside it. Its Salesbot is a bot that chats with customers and moves them through the pipeline, and its paid plans include AI agents and AI credits.
    Who it is for
A sales team that wants a real pipeline first, with every WhatsApp chat attached to a deal.
    What to watch
Priced per person and paid 6 months at a time, so a team of five pays $750 up front on Base. The bot builder and the AI agents are listed from Advanced, one plan up.

Price published at https://www.kommo.com/pricing/, checked on 2026-10-13.

  3. 3. CertuAI

Start $75 a month: the AI agent on one WhatsApp number, connected with a pairing code or a QR code (like WhatsApp Web), up to 1,600 AI replies a month, with the CRM included; Meta's official WhatsApp Business API is a paid add-on on Start. Pro $120 a month: Meta's official WhatsApp Business API included, up to 5,000 AI replies, 3 WhatsApp numbers (Start has 1) and room for 10 people on the team (Start has 5). Building and testing the agent is free, and new accounts get 7 days free with no card once WhatsApp is connected; after that, plans are paid by card, monthly with no contract. The annual plan costs 10 months. 30-day money-back guarantee: if you do not like it within 30 days, you get 100% of your money back.

    What it is
An AI agent that answers your customers on WhatsApp by itself, day and night. You tell it about your business in a chat (prices, hours, what you sell, what it must never promise) and it answers from that. There is no chatbot flow to draw. Every chat also becomes a contact in the built-in CRM.
    Who it is for
An owner who wants WhatsApp answered by AI and the CRM filled in by itself, with no flow to draw and nobody typing contacts in.
    What to watch
On Start your number connects with a pairing code or a QR code; Meta's official Business API is included from Pro ($120), or added to Start as a paid add-on. Start covers up to 1,600 AI replies a month; a busy shop needs Pro. Prices are in US dollars only, paid by card, so check that your card allows dollar payments. Phone answering is not part of the English plans. It is a young product with a small team, not a platform with an account manager for big companies.

  4. 4. Zixflow

Free plan with 3 users, for outgoing broadcasts only. Marketing Stack $49 a month on monthly billing or $39 a month billed yearly, with 3 users and $19 for each extra user. Business Stack $89 a month, or $69 billed yearly, adding companies, deals and collections. WhatsApp message rates are listed separately.

    What it is
A CRM with WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and email campaigns, an inbox, and flows and chatbots on paid plans.
    Who it is for
A business that runs campaigns on WhatsApp, SMS and email and wants the deals in the same place.
    What to watch
Deals start at Business Stack, not at the $49 plan. The page lists flows and chatbots with "scaled pricing", so automation costs more as you grow. Its pricing page did not load for us on 13 October 2026, so this entry keeps the earlier date.

Price published at https://zixflow.com/pricing, checked on 2026-09-11.

  5. 5. Interakt

Sales CRM ₹2,499 a month plus taxes, with 5 sales agents included, more at ₹499 a month each, and a basic chatbot. Growth, for campaigns and inbox, is $55 a month plus taxes with a basic linear chatbot. Advanced is $69 a month plus taxes with branching flows. The WhatsApp AI Agents add-on is $74.99 a month for Growth and Advanced.

    What it is
A WhatsApp tool from Jio Haptik. Its Sales CRM has sales pipelines and auto-assigns new WhatsApp leads to agents, and its other plans add campaigns, a shared inbox and chatbots.
    Who it is for
A small sales team in India that closes deals on WhatsApp and needs a pipeline more than broadcasts.
    What to watch
The Sales CRM is priced in rupees and the other plans in dollars on the same page, and the AI agent is an extra on top. Visitors from outside India are sent to a separate page, so Indian prices may differ.

Price published at https://www.interakt.shop/pricing-us/, checked on 2026-10-13.

  6. 6. SendPulse

    Price on request

    What it is
A marketing platform with a chatbot builder for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram, email and SMS, and its own CRM where deals can be created from chatbot flows.
    Who it is for
A business that already sends email campaigns and wants chatbots and a simple CRM under the same login.
    What to watch
The price you see depends on where you are and on how many subscribers your bots have, so the bill moves as your list grows.

SendPulse's chatbot pricing page showed us prices in Brazilian reais when we opened it on 13 October 2026, so we do not print a number converted from another country's price. The same page lists a free plan with 3 chatbots, up to 500 subscribers and up to 10,000 messages a month, and its CRM page says the CRM is free for up to 5 invited users with 2 sales pipelines. Open the page from where you are to see your price.

  7. 7. Pepper Cloud

    Price on request

    What it is
A sales CRM from Singapore built around WhatsApp, with pipelines, a shared inbox and an AI chatbot it calls AssistAI.
    Who it is for
A sales team of five or more that is happy to book a demo and get a quote.
    What to watch
You cannot compare it with the others on this page until sales sends a quote, and the page does not say whether AssistAI is in every plan.

Pepper Cloud's pricing page lists Starter (up to 5 users), Growth (10 to 12 users) and Enterprise (50 or more users) with no price next to any of them. On 13 October 2026 the only button was "Book a free demo".

How we checked

The rule for who is on the list. A tool is here only if the company's own website says two things: that it has a chatbot or an AI agent answering customers on WhatsApp, and that it has its own CRM, with contact records and a sales pipeline, inside the same product. A chatbot that sends leads to another company's CRM does not count, and neither does a CRM that needs another company's chatbot.

The rule for the order. Tools with a published price in US dollars come first, sorted by the lowest price per month at which you get both the chatbot and the CRM. A price per person is counted for one person. Tools that publish that price in another currency come next, because we do not convert. Tools with no number we could print go last.

That rule puts CertuAI third, behind ChatMaxima at $19 and Kommo at $25 per user. CertuAI's $75 is a price for the business, not per person: it covers the AI agent, the CRM, up to 1,600 AI replies a month and 5 people on the team. For one person selling alone, Kommo and ChatMaxima cost less. If what you need is a salesperson's pipeline with a bot beside it, Kommo is built for that; if you want the AI to do the answering and the typing, that is what CertuAI is built for.

We opened the pricing pages of ChatMaxima, Kommo, Interakt, SendPulse and Pepper Cloud on 13 October 2026 and wrote down the price, the address of the page and the date. Zixflow's page did not load that day, so its entry shows the date we last read it, 11 September 2026. We did not use prices from review sites, from sales calls or from memory, and we did not convert any currency: $ always means US dollars.

Meta, the company that owns WhatsApp, charges separately for messages a business starts, such as marketing messages and reminders sent from a template. The rate depends on the country and on the kind of message. None of the prices on this page include those fees unless the entry says so in the company's own words. Ask each provider how they count and pass them on.

CertuAI's price comes from its plans page, which is the same price the checkout charges. There is no display price that differs from the price you pay.

Prices change. If you are reading this months from now, open the address under each entry before you decide anything.

Other names you will see for this search

HubSpot is a full CRM, and its WhatsApp integration page says you need the Professional or Enterprise version of Marketing Hub or Service Hub to use it. That page talks about automated messages sent by workflows, not about a chatbot answering on WhatsApp, so it is not on the list. Bitrix24 lists a CRM with pipelines and a WhatsApp integration from its Basic plan ($69 a month on monthly billing, 5 users, on the page we opened on 13 October 2026), but its pricing page did not show us a WhatsApp chatbot.

Wati, Gallabox and respond.io are well known WhatsApp inboxes with chatbots or AI agents. They are on our best AI agents list and our Wati alternatives list. We left them out here because they are sold as an inbox that connects to a CRM, not as a CRM.

What "CRM included" should mean

The word CRM is on almost every WhatsApp tool's website. On some it means a list of phone numbers with tags. Before you pay, check for four things.

Every chat becomes a contact without typing. Name, number, what they asked and when. If someone has to copy it in by hand, it will not happen on a busy day.

There is a pipeline. New, talking, quote sent, paid. A list of chats is not a pipeline, and neither is a list of tags.

The chatbot writes to the CRM. When the bot learns that the customer wants a quote for two rooms, that should be on the contact, not lost in the chat history.

Someone gets a task. Most sales on WhatsApp are lost to silence. The tool should tell a person, or follow up by itself, when a customer has gone quiet.

Chatbot or AI agent: which one fills the CRM better

A chatbot follows a path someone drew: a menu, buttons, "type 1 for prices". It can save an answer to the CRM only at the points where the path asks for it. If the customer writes their need in one long message, the menu has nowhere to put it.

An AI agent reads the message the way the person wrote it and answers from what your business told it. Because it understands the chat, it can also write down what matters: what they want, how much, by when. That is the difference between a CRM you have to fill in and a CRM that fills itself.

On this list, CertuAI answers with an AI agent you teach in a conversation, and Kommo sells AI agents from its Advanced plan beside its Salesbot. ChatMaxima describes its chatbots as AI-powered. Interakt sells the AI agent as an add-on on top of a plan with a basic chatbot. Ask for a trial and send a messy, real question on purpose; then open the CRM and see what was saved.

The numbers that change the real price

Per person or per business. Kommo charges per user, so five people on Base cost $125 a month. CertuAI, ChatMaxima and Zixflow charge for the business and include a number of people: 5 on CertuAI Start, 3 on ChatMaxima Starter, 3 on Zixflow.

How long you pay for at once. Kommo is paid 6 months at a time. CertuAI and ChatMaxima can be paid month to month. A yearly price looks lower on the page, but it is a year of money up front.

What the price covers. Look for how many messages or AI replies are included. ChatMaxima Starter includes 10,000 messages a month; CertuAI Start covers up to 1,600 AI replies; Kommo includes 750 AI credits per user on Base.

WhatsApp's own fees. Meta charges separately for messages a business starts, like reminders and promotions, and the rate depends on the country. Ask every provider whether they add anything on top.

Which one should a small business pick?

If you answer WhatsApp yourself and lose sales because you reply late, start with a tool where the AI answers and the CRM fills itself, like CertuAI.

If you have salespeople who work a pipeline all day and want a bot to qualify leads before a person takes over, Kommo is a sales CRM first. If the lowest monthly bill matters most, ChatMaxima Starter is the cheapest published price on this page. If you also send email and SMS campaigns, look at Zixflow or SendPulse. If you sell in India and want to pay in rupees, Interakt's Sales CRM is priced that way.

Questions people ask

What is the cheapest WhatsApp chatbot with a CRM included?

Among the tools on this list that publish a price in US dollars, ChatMaxima Starter is the cheapest at $19 a month, with 3 team members and 10,000 messages a month. Kommo Base is $25 per user a month, paid 6 months at a time. CertuAI is $75 a month for the business, with an AI agent, the CRM and up to 1,600 AI replies a month.

Is there a WhatsApp chatbot that fills the CRM by itself?

Yes. With an AI agent, the tool reads each chat and saves the contact and what the customer asked without anyone typing. CertuAI works this way: every chat becomes a contact in its built-in CRM. With menu chatbots, the CRM is filled only at the steps where the flow asks a question and saves the answer.

Can I keep the CRM I already use and add a WhatsApp chatbot?

Yes, and then this is the wrong list for you. Tools like Wati, Gallabox and respond.io are sold as a WhatsApp inbox and chatbot that connects to a CRM you already have. Check which CRMs they connect to and on which plan, because the connection is often not in the entry plan.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

With CertuAI, no: you connect the number your business already uses. Other tools on this list work in different ways, so ask each one before you sign.

Do these prices include what WhatsApp charges?

Usually not. Meta, the company that owns WhatsApp, charges separately for messages a business starts, like marketing messages and reminders. The rate depends on the country and on the kind of message. Each entry says what the company itself writes about this. Before you sign, ask the provider how they count those messages and whether they add anything on top.

Is this list paid or sponsored?

No. Nobody paid to be on it, and no link on this page earns CertuAI a commission. CertuAI is on the list because CertuAI wrote the list, and the page says so right under the title.

Want to see it answer before you choose?

Tell CertuAI about your business in a short chat and watch the agent answer a customer the way you would. The preview is free and needs no card. If you like it, you connect the WhatsApp number you already use.
