CertuAI Terms of Service
CertuAI (Certu Ltda, CNPJ 65.868.342/0001-73, Brazil) sells AI agents and automations by subscription, month to month. You can connect your number before paying anything, with 7 days free, no card. After the 7 days, you pick a plan for the agent to keep replying. The subscription is charged at signup, renews on its own every month and you cancel whenever you want. Anyone already on a trial or on the old free plan keeps theirs. Prices are on the Plans page. This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
Build your agent and watch it answer with your own business information.
Build my agent for free Building it is free, no signup and no card. How do the 7 free days work?
The number can be connected before any payment, with 7 days free, no card. After that, the agent keeps replying once a plan is purchased; subscription billing starts at signup. The annual plan is paid upfront with a discount.
What about accounts that already used the old free plan, of 100 contacts?
The old free plan, of 100 distinct contacts, stopped being offered to new accounts on July 29, 2026. Accounts that already used it keep the condition they signed up for: the agent keeps answering up to 100 distinct contacts, with no expiration date and no card, and nothing is owed if the customer chooses not to subscribe.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
The subscription renews automatically every month and can be canceled by the customer. If CertuAI changes the conditions, the customer can cancel before the change takes effect, at no cost. The current prices of each plan are on the Plans page.
Who owns the data and the knowledge base?
The business data, the knowledge base and the conversation history belong to the customer. The processing of this data follows the Privacy Policy.
What is CertuAI's limit of liability?
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertuAI's total liability for any damages is limited to the greater of the total paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event and BRL 500.00. CertuAI is not liable for lost profits or for the acts of third parties, such as blocks by Meta/WhatsApp or outages of telephone carriers and AI providers. None of this removes rights that the law does not allow to be removed, nor the 30-day guarantee.
Does CertuAI guarantee availability (SLA)?
There is no contractual commitment to minimum availability and no credit for downtime. CertuAI runs the service 24 hours a day and publishes its response-time measurements on the home page, but it depends on third-party platforms (Meta, telephone carriers, AI providers) that can go down or block a number, so it does not guarantee continuous availability. What the customer has in return is the 30-day guarantee and cancellation at any time, with no penalty.
Which law applies and where is a dispute resolved?
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, are chosen as the venue, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in their own domicile when applicable. The full version, with every clause, is on this same page.
