The real price of AI platforms for WhatsApp in Brazil
Most of the AI-for-WhatsApp market in Brazil publishes its price, and some still only give a number after a meeting. On September 7, 2026 we opened the pricing page of eleven platforms, one by one, wrote down only what was written there, and on September 24 we reread the ones that had changed. What came out of it is below, along with the cost lines that do not show up in any monthly fee.

Who publishes the price and who does not
We walked the buyer's path on September 7, 2026: we opened each platform's official pricing page and wrote down what was published there. No prices heard from a salesperson, from a third-party blog or from an affiliate page, because that is exactly where the number changes.

This table is dated: September 7, 2026, with SocialHub, BotConversa, Blip and Poli Digital reread on September 24. Prices change, and a platform that publishes today may stop publishing tomorrow. Before deciding, open the vendor's own page and check.
Two observations that came up during the check. Take.net now redirects to Blip's site, so anyone looking for the two is looking for the same company. And BotConversa's price on the official site is different from what circulates on affiliate pages, which reinforces the rule of checking at the source.
What changed between one check and the next
On September 7, two large platforms said how much the things you bought afterward cost, but not how much the plan cost. On September 24, both had changed.
- At Blip, the large platform's plans page now shows only the Enterprise, on request, and no longer publishes the price of the extra agent or the extra conversation. Blip Go, the version for small businesses, publishes the Essencial at R$ 389 per month, with a 15-day trial with no card.
- At Poli Digital, the page started publishing the plans: Entrada R$ 369.90 per month with 3 users, Inicial R$ 849.90 with 7 and Expansão R$ 1,399.90 with 12, all with a setup fee of R$ 1,197.90. An extra user costs R$ 109.90 to R$ 129.90, depending on the plan.
Published prices change within weeks, in both directions. That is why every number on this page has a date, and why it is worth opening the vendor's page on the day you decide.
Per-person pricing and per-company pricing cannot be compared directly
Before looking at which number is lower, look at what the number is counting. There are two models in the table above and they cannot be compared line by line.
| Template | Who charges this way | What happens when the team grows |
|---|---|---|
| Per company, with people included | CertuAI, SocialHub, BotConversa | The amount only changes when you go past the included number of people |
| Per agent, with a minimum | Umbler Talk | Each extra person multiplies the entire monthly fee |
| Fixed plan plus individual users | Poli Digital | Each person beyond the allowance adds to the monthly fee, and setup is charged once |
The minimum number of agents changes the floor of the bill and almost nobody notices. At Umbler Talk the entry plan is charged per agent and requires at least two, so the lowest possible amount is already double the number that shows up on the page.
Always do the math for the team you have today, not the per-person price. Three people on a per-agent price and three people on a per-company plan give very different numbers.
The three cost lines that are not in the monthly fee
1. The message charged by Meta
When you use the official WhatsApp API, Meta charges per delivered message, and that is separate from the platform's monthly fee. Some include an allowance, others pass it through in full. Ask directly: is Meta's charge inside or outside the amount you gave me?
2. Setup
A platform built for large companies usually charges a setup project, paid once, that almost never comes up in the first sales conversation. Zenvia publishes this fee alongside its plans, which is rare and helpful: you can add it up before signing.
3. What goes up on its own
Pricing per active contact, per conversation or per agent is what surprises people most. You sign up for the company as it is today, grow a little, and the bill goes up without you having changed anything in your usage. It is a legitimate model. It just needs to be understood before signing.
Do the math for the whole year, not for the first month. Monthly fee plus setup plus Meta's conversations plus team growth is the real number.
To compare with what you spend today, calculate how much an employee costs with payroll charges.
Where CertuAI costs more, and what changes for that money
Publishing the table is only worth it if it also shows where CertuAI loses. At the entry tier, BotConversa starts at R$ 199 and Umbler Talk at R$ 99.90 per agent, with a minimum of 2, and CertuAI starts at US$ 75 per month. Anyone looking for the lowest number on the list will not stop here, and that is fine.
It is worth reading what is written on each tier. BotConversa's Starter, at R$ 199, has no artificial intelligence or official API: AI shows up in the Pro, at R$ 299. At SocialHub, the entry plan costs R$ 299, and the checkout lists an AI chatbot from that tier, but the page's own FAQ only mentions AI from the Pro, at R$ 499.
At the entry price, CertuAI's entry plan (US$ 75 per month) brings one number and up to five people, while SocialHub's R$ 299 plan brings one channel and three users. The ones that charge less at entry are BotConversa, without AI, and Umbler Talk, per agent, and there is no point hiding that in a table that wants to be useful.
What really changes is what is being bought. An inbox with a chatbot is one more channel for your team to use for customer service. CertuAI is a team of agents that works for the business, and its central piece is the Brain: you add services, prices, hours and rules once, and the agent starts replying the way your business would, with nobody drawing a flow.
- The business Brain, which is what makes the answer yours and not generic
- A CRM that fills itself from the conversation, with contact, deal and task
- Automatic follow-up with people who stopped replying midway
- AI assistants for the owner, on any paid plan
- SEO agent to show up on the Google map
- Published site from the Pro plan, and ads as an add-on
If what you need is an inbox with several people and several numbers at the lowest possible price, there is a cheaper option than CertuAI and it is in the table above. If what you need is customer service that answers like your business, and after that ads and a site in the same place, that is what CertuAI was built for.
Why so many platforms hide the price
There are three reasons, and only one of them is bad for you.
- The product is truly built per project. Then it makes sense, because the price depends on what will be built.
- The company wants to qualify the buyer before showing a price. That makes sense for them and costs you your time.
- The price changes depending on who asks. Here you pay for what the salesperson thought you could pay.
You cannot tell the three apart from the outside. What you can do is a simple test: ask for the price in writing, with everything included, before any meeting. Whoever has a price answers. Whoever dodges is in the second or third case.
The five questions that make the real price appear
- What is the total for the first year, including setup?
- Is the message charged by Meta inside or outside that amount?
- What makes this amount go up without me changing anything in my usage?
- Is there a long-term commitment? If I leave in month three, do I pay a penalty?
- How many people are included, and how much does the next one cost?
At CertuAI these answers are published: the entry plan costs US$ 75 per month and the next one US$ 120, with no long-term commitment and no standard setup fee, and Start already includes five people and Pro ten, with each extra one at R$ 30 (Brazilian reais) per month. That does not make CertuAI the best for everyone. It makes it comparable without a meeting.
If the platform does not answer these five in writing, what you received is not the real price. It is the first proposal.
How to redo this check yourself in ten minutes
- Open each platform's pricing page from the official site, never from a blog or affiliate link.
- Write down the amount exactly as it is written, and write down the date.
- Note whether the price is per company or per person, and what the minimum number of people is.
- Look for the line for what is charged extra: conversation, contact, user, setup.
- Add up the whole year for the size of your team today, not the first month.
It is the same path we took here, and it takes less time than a sales meeting. If the result you find differs from the table above, yours is the right one: prices change, and this text has a date for exactly that reason.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does an AI agent on WhatsApp cost in Brazil?
- Among the platforms that publish their price on their own site, checked in September 2026, entry-level paid plans range from R$ 199 to R$ 389 per month, and some platforms charge per agent, with a minimum of two or three people. Three of the eleven checked publish no price at all and only send a proposal after a meeting. Always add the message fee charged by Meta and the setup fee, when there is one.
- What is the cheapest AI WhatsApp platform?
- Among paid plans with a fixed price, the lowest published price we found is BotConversa's Starter, at R$ 199 per month, reread on September 24, 2026, and it has no artificial intelligence or official API. On the platforms checked, the tier that already comes with AI starts near R$ 299 per month. Compare what is written on the tier, not just the number.
- Why do some platforms not show the price?
- For three reasons: the product is sold per project and the price depends on what will be built, the company wants to qualify the buyer before talking about price, or the price varies depending on who asks. From the outside you cannot tell the three apart. The test is to ask for the price in writing, with everything included, before booking a meeting.
- Is there a truly free WhatsApp bot?
- There is a free tier, and it usually has a limit on conversations or contacts. With CertuAI you connect WhatsApp by code or QR code. What is almost never free is the message fee Meta charges on the official API, which is a separate bill from the platform.
- Is per-agent pricing better or worse than a fixed plan?
- It depends on the size of the team. Per-agent pricing usually looks lower on the page and rises with the team, because each person multiplies the monthly fee. A per-company plan looks higher at the entry point and stops rising until you go past the included number of people. Do the math with the number of people you have today.
- Do I have to pay Meta on top of the platform's monthly fee?
- On the official WhatsApp API, yes: Meta charges per delivered message and that is separate from what the platform charges. Some include an allowance, others pass it through in full. Ask directly whether Meta's charge is inside or outside the amount in the proposal, because that is the line that most often shows up later on the invoice.
