Across the 67 businesses that answer with CertuAI's AI, 32.5% of the 122,720 customer messages arrived outside Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (July 30 to September 30, 2026). Half of the AI's replies went out within 11.7 seconds, and 9 in 10 within 20.7 seconds (38,908 replies). 34.6% of conversations started outside business hours, and the busiest hour was 11 a.m.

How do I choose when a post goes out?
You pick the days of the week and the time, between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Brasília time. One post goes out on each day you pick.
The AI has the posts for the next 7 days ready, so you can see ahead of time what will go live.
Do I approve before it is published?
You choose one of three ways:
- You approve first. The AI builds the post, notifies you by email, and the post only goes out after you say yes. This is how you start.
- The AI approves what fits your field. Posts about your business go out at the scheduled time. Anything off topic waits for you.
- Posts without asking. The post goes out at the scheduled time without passing through you.
In all three, each post appears in the dashboard before the scheduled time, and you can change the caption or skip that day.
How do I get started?
- Turn on the add-on in CRM, under the Money tab, in Add-ons.
- Connect your business's Instagram.
- Pick the days, the time and how you want to approve.
If you are not a customer yet, pick a plan first at /planos.
How much does it cost?
US$ 50 per month, on top of any paid CertuAI plan. No plan includes it. Calendar posts are already in the price: they do not use your plan's credit. No lock-in contract.
Existing customers turn it on in CRM, under the Money tab, in Add-ons. If you are not a customer yet, pick a plan at /planos and turn on the add-on afterward.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I get Certu Social on its own?
- No. It is an add-on to a paid CertuAI plan.
- Do the posts use my plan's credit?
- Calendar posts do not: they are already in the add-on price. Images you generate by hand in the Studio still come out of your credit.
- Can I change a post before it goes out?
- Yes. Each post appears in the dashboard ahead of time: you approve it, change the caption, or skip that day.
- Does it publish to networks other than Instagram?
- Today it publishes to the Instagram feed. Reels, carousels, stories and Facebook Pages are not included.
- Is the AI that publishes the same one that answers Direct messages?
- They are two separate services. Answering Direct and Messenger comes with every paid plan. Certu Social is what creates and publishes the posts.
