YOUR CHOICE
Here you turn each category on and off. The change takes effect right away, in this browser. On another device or browser, the site asks again.
You have not chosen yet. With no choice made, only the necessary cookies are set.
1. WHAT A COOKIE IS, AND WHAT ELSE COUNTS HERE
A cookie is a small file the site leaves in your browser to recognise you on the next page or the next visit. In this policy the word also covers the other ways of storing things in your browser (localStorage, sessionStorage and IndexedDB), because for you the effect is the same.
2. NECESSARY (ALWAYS ON)
They make the site work: keeping you signed in, remembering the language, not losing what you typed. The legal basis is performance of the contract or our legitimate interest in operating the site (LGPD, article 7, V and IX). They cannot be turned off without breaking the site, which is why we do not ask for consent for them.
| First name | Who sets it | What for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| certu_consent (localStorage) | CertuAI | Remember your cookie choice, so we do not ask again. | Until you delete it |
| certu:idioma (localStorage) | CertuAI | Remember the language you read the site in. | Until you delete it |
| firebase:authUser… (IndexedDB / localStorage) | Google Firebase | Keep you signed in to your account. | For as long as the session lasts |
| certu_ref (sessionStorage) | CertuAI | Record the code of the partner who referred you, so they get their commission. | Until you close the tab |
| contact:form and other drafts (localStorage) | CertuAI | Keep what you typed in a form if the page reloads. | Until you send the form |
| certu_cid (localStorage) | CertuAI | A random code, with no name attached, to measure which step of the site people stop at. It stays with us; it does not go to anyone else. | Until you delete it |
3. MEASUREMENT (ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT)
They let us understand what works on the site. They are only set if you accept, in the banner or above. The legal basis is consent (LGPD, article 7, I). Without your acceptance, Google Analytics receives at most a signal with no cookie and no identifier, and Clarity records nothing.
| First name | Who sets it | What for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_GWCHBNQYD0 | Google Analytics 4 | Count visits and pages viewed, with no name attached. | Up to 2 years |
| _clck, _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Record how the page was used (scrolling, clicks, heat map) to improve the site. | _clck up to 1 year; _clsk 1 day |
4. ADS (ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT)
They measure whether an ad of ours on Facebook, Instagram or Google brought you here, and let those platforms show more relevant ads. They are only set if you accept. If you decline, the Meta Pixel sends nothing and we delete any ad click code that was stored.
| First name | Who sets it | What for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Measure whether one of our ads brought you here, and show relevant ads. | Up to 90 days |
| _gcl_aw | Google Ads | Link a visit to a click on a Google ad. | Up to 90 days |
| certu_ads_click, certu_ga4_attr (localStorage) | CertuAI | Store the ad click code so we know which campaign brought a customer in. Deleted if you decline. | Up to 90 days |
5. WHO RECEIVES WHAT
- Google LLC (Analytics, Ads, Firebase): IP address, pages viewed, device and browser. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Meta Platforms (Pixel): IP address, pages viewed, ad click code. Policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Microsoft (Clarity): interactions on the page (scrolling, clicks), device and browser. Form fields are masked by the tool itself. Policy: privacy.microsoft.com.
These providers are outside Brazil. The international transfer follows section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
6. SIGNING IN WITH GOOGLE
On some pages Google offers the button to sign in with your Google account. If you use it, Google sets its own cookies to sign you in. If you do not use it, nothing is stored by them.
7. HOW TO DELETE THEM IN YOUR BROWSER
Besides the panel above, every browser lets you delete cookies and site data in its privacy settings. If you delete them, the site asks again on your next visit.
8. CHANGES
If we swap a tool, this page changes with it, and so does the date above. Questions: [email protected].
