Connect Claude to your CertuAI account
To connect Claude to your CertuAI account on claude.ai or the Claude app, add the connector under Customize, Connectors, with the address https://certu.com.br/api/v1/mcp, and sign in to your account. In Claude Code, create a key in the app under Settings, in the Connect to Claude section, run the claude mcp add command with that key and download the skill at certu.com.br/claude. With that, Claude builds the AI that answers your WhatsApp from scratch and tests its answers, reads the conversations with your customers, tidies up what you taught the AI and your products, adjusts the AI, books and reschedules appointments on your calendar, builds ad campaigns that are always paused and takes care of your website. It does not send messages to your customers and does not turn campaigns on.
Create the key in the app and connect Claude to your account.

- Open Customize, then Connectors.
- Click + and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it CertuAI and paste the address below. Nothing else to fill in.
- Click Continue and, on the next screen, Add, without changing the sign-in options. Then click Connect, sign in to your CertuAI account, or create one, and allow access.
- In a chat, tap + at the bottom, open Connectors and turn CertuAI on.

In Claude Code, Cursor and similar programs, follow the three steps below.
1. Create the key
- In the app, open Settings and go to the Connect to Claude section.
- Give the key a name and click Create key.
- Copy the key right away. It starts with certu_sk_ and won't be shown again.
Keep the key like a password: whoever has it can make changes to your account. If it leaks, revoke it on the same screen.
2. Connect
In Claude Code, run this command:

What Claude doesn't do
- It doesn't send messages to your customers.
- It doesn't connect your number or pick a plan: scanning the QR code and paying are up to you, in the app.
- It doesn't turn campaigns on: everything is created paused and you are the one who turns it on, in Ads Manager.
- It doesn't touch accounts that aren't yours. Partners reach only their own clients.
- It doesn't go beyond what your plan includes.
