You can connect your number before paying anything, in a 50-message trial that does not ask for a card. When the 50 run out, the agent stops replying until you choose a plan. The subscription renews on its own every month and you cancel whenever you want. The free plan of 100 conversations stopped being sold on July 29, 2026, and those who already had it keep it. The free plan of 100 conversations stopped being offered to new accounts on July 29, 2026. Accounts that already used it keep the condition they signed up for: the agent keeps answering up to 100 distinct contacts, with no expiration date and no card, and nothing is owed if the customer chooses not to subscribe.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
The subscription renews automatically every month and can be canceled by the customer. If CertuAI changes the conditions, the customer can cancel before the change takes effect, at no cost. The current prices of each plan are on the Plans page.
Who owns the data and the knowledge base?
The business data, the knowledge base and the conversation history belong to the customer. The processing of this data follows the Privacy Policy.
