ERP is the hard name for a simple thing: the system where you see what you sold, what is on the shelf, what you have to pay and how much is left at the end of the month. A small business doesn't need the bigger system. It needs one the owner opens every day without asking for help.

This comparison shows five options, with the price each company publishes and the point where each one falls short. CertuAI wrote this list and is on it, in last place, because its management system is not sold on its own. We are honest about when it is not the right choice.

The 5 options, one by one

  1. 1. When to use Bling?

Cobalto R$ 60 per month on the monthly plan, or the equivalent of R$ 50 per month on the annual plan, with up to 200 marketplace orders per month. Titânio R$ 120 per month, with boletos (Brazilian bank slips), bank reconciliation and the month's results.

    What it is
Use Bling when you sell products, in a store or online, and want inventory, orders and invoices in one place without paying much. Strengths: the entry plan already includes unlimited invoices, 5 users, inventory, sales and accounts payable and receivable.
    Who it is for
Use it when: you sell products and need invoices and inventory without spending much.
    Where it falls short
Weaknesses: the Cobalto plan limits the orders that come from marketplaces, and boletos, bank reconciliation and the month's results only come with Titânio. It has a lot of online store features that someone who only provides services won't use.

  2. 2. When to use MarketUP?

Free version, for Simples Nacional companies. The paid MarketUP+ version appears on the same page with two entry prices, R$ 99.99 and R$ 120.00. Ultra costs R$ 999 per month.

    What it is
Use MarketUP when you are just starting out and don't want to pay a monthly fee. Strengths: the free version doesn't limit products or sales, issues unlimited invoices and includes inventory, orders and cash flow.
    Who it is for
Use it when: the company is on Simples Nacional, money is tight and you are willing to learn the system from tutorials.
    Where it falls short
Weaknesses: on the free version support is by email and tutorials, and removing the ads and reaching support by phone or WhatsApp is paid. Companies under Lucro Real or Presumido (other Brazilian tax regimes) are only served on Ultra. The consumer invoice is not available in Ceará and Santa Catarina.

  3. 3. When to use Conta Azul?

Essencial, for MEIs with revenue up to R$ 81,000 per year, from R$ 179.90 or R$ 269.90 per month, depending on the period chosen (annual or quarterly), with 1 user. Controle, for micro-companies, from R$ 349.90 or R$ 499.90, with 2 users.

    What it is
Use Conta Azul when finances are what hurt most and you want your accountant looking at the same numbers. Strengths: financial control, invoices and reports in an online system, with plans separated by company size.
    Who it is for
Use it when: you provide services, want your finances in order and work with an accountant.
    Where it falls short
Weaknesses: there is no month-to-month plan, only quarterly or annual. The plan is set by the company's revenue and can be reviewed every 3 months. Essencial gives access to 1 person and the trial lasts 3 days.

Price published at https://contaazul.com/planos/, checked on Oct 12, 2026.

  4. 4. When to use Omie?

ERP Padrão from R$ 309 per month. The price changes with the company's monthly gross revenue. Omie Multivarejo, with point of sale and online store, from R$ 419 per month.

    What it is
Use Omie when the company has already grown and needs everything in one system: finance, invoices, purchasing, inventory, production and services. Strengths: unlimited users, a link to your accountant and live training included.
    Who it is for
Use it when: several people will use the system and you need purchasing, production and accountant access in one place.
    Where it falls short
Weaknesses: it is the most expensive entry on this list, and the price goes up with the company's revenue. It has more features than a one- or two-person business usually uses.

  5. 5. When to use CertuAI?

R$ 150 (Brazilian reais) per month, added to a paid CertuAI plan. The entry plan is Start, at US$ 75 per month. On Max, at US$ 249 per month, the management system is already included. No lock-in.

    What it is
Use CertuAI when your customers already come in through WhatsApp and you don't want to open another system to find out what you sold. The AI agent answers the customer, the CRM keeps every conversation, and the management system takes care of cash flow, what you have to pay and receive, inventory, purchasing, orders and the month's results. Strengths: when a sale is marked as won, inventory can update on its own, and the agent can open the order right in the conversation.
    Who it is for
Use it when: you already answer, or want to answer, on WhatsApp with the AI agent and want cash flow, inventory and orders in the same account.
    Where it falls short
Weaknesses: it can't be bought on its own, so it costs more than the others if all you want is the management system. It is not accounting: it doesn't close the books or calculate taxes. If you only need inventory and invoices, you pay less with Bling or MarketUP.

How CertuAI built this list

The order follows one question: what can a small business set up and use on its own, paying the minimum. That's why Bling comes first and the free option comes right after. Conta Azul and Omie do more and cost more. CertuAI comes last because its management system is an add-on to WhatsApp customer service, not an ERP sold on its own.

Prices were read on each company's official page on Oct 12, 2026. CertuAI did not test each system from the inside: what is written about the other four is what each one publishes. Nobody paid to appear here.

Who was left out, and why?

Olist, which today owns the Tiny system, has the Avance plan at R$ 66 per month, with invoices, inventory and point of sale (olist.com/planos, read on Oct 12, 2026). It was left out because it serves the same audience as Bling, those who sell in online stores and marketplaces, and the list would have two names for the same need.

GestãoClick charges a fixed amount that doesn't change with revenue: the Bronze plan costs R$ 183.08 per month on the monthly plan or R$ 119 per month on the annual plan, without invoices, and Prata costs R$ 306.15 on the monthly plan, with invoices and boleto (gestaoclick.com.br/planos-erp, read on Oct 12, 2026). It is a good option for those who provide services with work orders. It was left out only so the list would fit in five.

What does the CertuAI management system do, and what doesn't it do?

It handles the day-to-day of money and shelves: cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, the month's results, inventory, purchasing and suppliers, orders and work orders. You send the bank statement and the system suggests which entry each line matches. You are the one who confirms.

It also issues service and product invoices (notas fiscais), using your company's CNPJ (Brazilian business tax ID) and digital certificate. And you can bring in from your old system, by spreadsheet, the products with their balances and what you have to pay and receive.

What it doesn't do: accounting. It doesn't close the books, doesn't calculate taxes and doesn't replace your accountant. If you need that inside the system, Conta Azul and Omie are the options on this list with a direct link to the accountant.

How do you choose a simple ERP without making a mistake?

1. Write down the three things you need most. For most people it's invoices, inventory and accounts payable.

2. See what the cheapest plan limits: orders, revenue or number of people.

3. Ask your accountant whether they already work with any of these systems.

4. Check whether the plan is month to month or locks you in for three months or a year.

5. If your customers come in through WhatsApp, see whether the system talks to customer service, so you don't type the same order twice.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best simple ERP for a small business in 2026?

For most, Bling: it starts at R$ 60 per month, with unlimited inventory, sales and invoices. Anyone who doesn't want to pay can use MarketUP. If you already answer customers on WhatsApp with CertuAI, you can turn on the management system in the same account.

Is there a free ERP for small businesses?

Yes. MarketUP has a free version for Simples Nacional (Brazil's small-business tax regime) companies, with no limit on products or sales and with invoice issuing. Support on this version is by email and tutorials.

How much does an ERP for a small business cost?

At the prices read on Oct 12, 2026: MarketUP free, Bling from R$ 60 per month, Conta Azul from R$ 179.90 per month for MEI (Brazil's solo micro-entrepreneur status) and Omie from R$ 309 per month. At CertuAI it is R$ 150 (Brazilian reais) per month, added to a paid plan.

Does a MEI need an ERP?

Not always. If you sell little and issue few invoices, a spreadsheet usually does the job. A system becomes worth it when you spend time checking inventory or don't know how much is left over at the end of the month.

Does the CertuAI management system issue invoices?

It issues service and product invoices (notas fiscais), to consumers and to other businesses, using your company's CNPJ (Brazilian business tax ID) and digital certificate. It does not do accounting: taxes stay with your accountant.

Can I sign up for only the CertuAI management system?

Not on its own. It is an add-on of R$ 150 (Brazilian reais) per month to a paid CertuAI plan, which starts at Start, at US$ 75 per month, and it is already included in Max. If you only want the ERP, the other four options on this list cost less.

Want cash flow, inventory and orders in the same place as your WhatsApp?

At CertuAI, the AI agent answers the customer and the management system records the sale. It is R$ 150 (Brazilian reais) per month, added to a paid plan from US$ 75 per month, with no lock-in. See how it works on the management system page.
