How to create a free online booking page for a clinic?

What the patient sees when they open your link

They don't see a dashboard, they don't see plan prices and they don't see CertuAI asking them for anything. They see your clinic's name and the times.

1. They open the address you sent. They don't need to log in to anything or download an app.
2. They see the free days and times for the next 14 days. A time that already has someone doesn't show up, and a time that is already busy on your connected calendar also disappears from the list.

1. Open your free account at certu.com.br. It takes a minute and doesn't need a card.
2. Choose the link name. In the Schedule tab, at certu.com.br/crm, you type the nickname that will appear in the address. Use 4 to 32 letters, no accents, with numbers and a hyphen if you like. Pick one you can say out loud over the phone.
3. Say when you see patients. Select the days of the week, the start time, the end time and how many minutes each appointment lasts. Done: the free times show up on their own.

After that, just share the link: in the WhatsApp auto-reply, in your Instagram bio, on your website and on your card. Whoever opens it books on their own.

You can have more than one link, one for each professional at the clinic. When there is more than one, the patient chooses who to book with on the page itself.

What is free forever on this page

The page works with no number connected: the booking is saved and the patient sees the confirmation on screen. What it can't do without a number is talk to the patient afterward.

When you connect the clinic's WhatsApp, two things start going out on their own: the confirmation reaches whoever booked, and the reminder arrives before the appointment, 24 hours before and 1 hour before.

The link works for people who have already decided to book. It doesn't help the ones who message asking about price, health insurance, address, parking and whether you see children, which is most of what arrives on a clinic's WhatsApp.

• Nobody contacts the patient on their own when a return visit is due. CertuAI doesn't call or write on its own because someone's treatment interval has passed. You decide who to contact.
• The AI doesn't give health advice. It doesn't say what to take, doesn't say whether a symptom is serious and doesn't diagnose. When the conversation turns urgent, it tells the person to seek care instead of answering.
• The link doesn't show up in Google search. It was made for you to send, not to be found. That's on purpose: a clinic's calendar isn't a storefront.
