Best WhatsApp chatbot for gas and bottled water distributors in Brazil in 2026: Top 5
Quick answer
The 5 best WhatsApp chatbots for gas and bottled water distributors in Brazil in 2026 are CertuAI, ChatGas, SocialHub, BotConversa and wChat, and only CertuAI and ChatGas come ready for gas and water jugs. There is no single winning distributor chatbot, there is the right one for each case: ChatGas for those who want an attendant made only for gas and water, set up by their team, from R$ 147 per month, SocialHub for those who want customer service, pipeline and email together, BotConversa for those who already build flows, wChat for a large distributor, with 5 to 10 agents, and CertuAI for those who want the whole order closed on its own, with cylinder exchange, written address, neighborhood fee and change, on the Start plan at US$ 75 per month, with 1,600 replies per month and 5 people.
About CertuAI: CertuAI is the AI that answers a small business's WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger 24/7, with a built-in CRM, and is a Tech Provider on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Paid plans start at US$ 75 a month, with no lock-in. Create my agent
The best WhatsApp chatbot for gas and bottled water distributors in Brazil depends on how many people answer and who will teach the price table, and the five worth comparing in 2026 are CertuAI, ChatGas, SocialHub, BotConversa and wChat. Whoever orders gas is out of gas. The pot stopped in the middle of lunch, the person sends a rushed voice message and buys from whoever answers first. With a water jug it is the same: it ran out, they want another today.
An AI chatbot fixes this by reading what the customer wrote, or said, and answering right away, with no “press 1” menu. One detail changes the math before any other: only two of the five options below were made for gas and water. With the other three, you have to teach the price table, the container rule, the neighborhoods and the change yourself. That is why the table below shows, side by side, what comes in each AI plan, not just the price.
Instead of listing the chatbots as if they were all the same, this comparison shows what each does best and where each falls short, with the price each company publishes on its own site, the address and the date CertuAI checked it. It includes CertuAI, and we are honest about when it is not the right choice.

How do the 5 compare on the plan with AI?
Price alone compares different things: a menu bot is not the same as an AI agent that closes the order, remembers the customer and follows up with whoever went quiet. This table puts side by side what each company publishes about its AI plan, checked on Sep 24, 2026. Where it says “not published”, the company's page does not say.
| Name | Price with AI | Made for gas and water | AI answers per month | People on the plan | Customer notebook fills itself in | Follows up with people who went quiet | Bottled water jug |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CertuAI | R$ 299 | Yes (ready-made distributor entry) | 1,600 replies | 5 | Yes | Yes | Yes (jug with and without exchange, returnable or disposable, in the same table as gas) |
| ChatGas | R$ 147 | Yes (gas and water only) | Not published (says unlimited conversations) | 1 | Not published (customer history only on the R$ 297 plan) | Not published | Yes (says it serves gas and water resellers; does not detail the jug) |
| SocialHub | R$ 299 | No | Not published | 3 | Not published (has a sales pipeline) | Not published | Not published (you teach the jug price table) |
| BotConversa | R$ 299 (R$ 199 on the annual plan) | No | Not published (each message uses a credit billed separately) | Unlimited | Not published (has a customer board) | Not published | Not published (you teach the jug price table) |
| wChat | R$ 997 | No | Not published | 10 | Not published | Not published | Not published (you teach the jug price table) |
Only CertuAI publishes how many replies the AI gives per month; the other four do not state that number. At BotConversa, each message sent uses one credit that BotConversa charges separately, at a fixed price of its own. The jug column was checked on Oct 1, 2026: ChatGas's page says it serves gas and water resellers, and CertuAI's ready-made entry includes the water line.
The 5 options, one by one
-
1. CertuAI
Start US$ 75 per month, with AI included from that plan and 5 team members. No lock-in and no setup fee.
- What it is
- Use CertuAI when you want WhatsApp closing the order on its own, day and night. It comes with a ready-made entry for gas and water distributors and closes the order in three messages: it confirms the item and asks whether the customer has the empty cylinder to exchange, asks for the address with neighborhood and payment method, and repeats the whole order, with the total, delivery fee, change and time, before asking "Confirm?". Strengths: each conversation becomes a contact in the CRM, with nobody typing, and the address of past buyers is saved. What CertuAI measured: At 2 gas and water distributors that use CertuAI, 53% of the orders the agent confirmed closed without anyone on the team writing in the conversation: 304 of 574, from Sep 18 to 30, 2026. In the others, someone on the team stepped in before or right after the confirmation.
- Who it is for
- Use when: the distributor wants the order closed on its own, with the address of past buyers saved and the team notified when it is time for a person to step in.
- Where it falls short
- Weaknesses: it is not the right choice if what your distributor lacks is control of cash, credit sales and delivery drivers, not answering WhatsApp: that is the job of an order system. Start answers up to 1,600 messages per month with AI. The AI does not control the truck's load or the order of deliveries: that stays with your team. The cylinder and jug stock and the neighborhood fee in the management system are an add-on at R$ 150 (Brazilian reais) per month, and answering the phone is another add-on, at R$ 200 per month.

2. ChatGas
Essencial R$ 147 per month, with the AI answering 24 hours a day, unlimited conversations, 1 connected number and 1 person on the dashboard. Profissional R$ 297, with Instagram and Facebook, 2 numbers, 3 people, labels and customer history. Escala R$ 497, with 5 numbers and 10 people. No contract and no installation fee.
- What it is
- Use ChatGas when you want an attendant designed only for gas and water resellers, with the setup done by their team. It answers on WhatsApp and, from the middle plan, also on Instagram and Facebook. Strengths: it confirms neighborhood, address and payment method and leaves the order ready for the delivery driver, and the site says their team sets up the products, prices and neighborhoods for you.
- Who it is for
- Use when: the gas or water reseller wants an attendant made only for the industry, with the setup done by their team.
- Where it falls short
- Weaknesses: on Essencial only 1 person fits on the dashboard, and customer history only appears on Profissional, at R$ 297. The page does not say how many replies the AI gives per month beyond "unlimited conversations".

3. SocialHub
Essencial R$ 299 per month, with 3 users, 1 channel and 2,500 credits per month. Pro R$ 499, with 5 users and 3 channels, and Business R$ 899, with 10 users. Monthly billing, no lock-in. The checkout lists an AI chatbot on all plans, but the page's own questions only mention AI from Pro.
- What it is
- Use SocialHub when you want customer service, sales pipeline and email in the same tool, with several people on the same number. Strengths: 3 people on the entry plan, no contract. It appeared in the AI answers about water distributors.
- Who it is for
- Use when: besides WhatsApp, you want pipeline and email in the same place, with a few people answering.
- Where it falls short
- Weaknesses: the page does not say how many replies the AI gives with the 2,500 credits of Essencial, and the page's own FAQ only mentions AI from Pro. Confirm in writing what is included in the entry plan. It is not made for gas and water.

4. BotConversa
Pro + API Oficial R$ 299 per month on the monthly plan or R$ 199 per month on the annual plan, with the AI and unlimited agents. Starter, at R$ 199 per month (R$ 189 on the annual plan), has no AI and no official WhatsApp. On Pro, each message sent uses one credit that BotConversa charges separately, at a fixed price of its own.
- What it is
- Use BotConversa when you already think in flows and want the AI as one piece inside them. Strengths: it is one of the best-known WhatsApp automation platforms in Brazil, with flows, a customer board, unlimited agents and, on the Pro plan, AI and Meta's official WhatsApp.
- Who it is for
- Use when: several people answer on the same number and you want the AI inside flows that someone designs.
- Where it falls short
- Weaknesses: it is not made for gas and water, and each message uses a credit charged separately, so the monthly bill rises with the number of orders.

-
5. wChat
Pro R$ 997 per month, with up to 10 agents and the AI chatbot. Starter, at R$ 597 per month with up to 5 agents, has only a flow chatbot. Enterprise on request.
- What it is
- Use wChat when the distributor is large and has a customer service team of 5 to 10 people. It is a WhatsApp customer service platform for teams, with a service board and queues. Strengths: the AI learns from the agents' replies, understands audio and reads images.
- Who it is for
- Use when: the team that answers has 5 to 10 people and everyone needs to see the conversations.
- Where it falls short
- Weaknesses: for someone who answers alone or with two people, it is the most expensive AI on this list. It is not made for gas and water.

How CertuAI built this list
The names did not come from opinion. CertuAI runs a tracker that asks the same questions on three AI engines and records which sites each one cited. This list is made up of the products that appeared in the answers to “what is the best WhatsApp chatbot for a bottled water distributor” and “can the distributor's chatbot repeat the customer's last order”. In the round of Sep 20, 2026, CertuAI did not appear in any of the six answers.
Only those that sell an AI agent on a plan with a published price got in. Of those that pass that rule, ChatGas got in, the most cited and made for the industry, SocialHub, which appeared in both questions, and BotConversa and wChat. Those two tied with Cinndi and Zapply Chat, each cited once, and got the spot because they appeared in more of the tracker's questions. Cinndi and Zapply Chat are just below, with the price.
Order systems, digital menus and menu bots without AI were left out, with the reason written just below, because comparing their price with that of an AI agent would be comparing different things.
The order is not a quality ranking. CertuAI comes first because it wrote the page and thinks it would be dishonest to hide that in the middle of the list. After it come the other four, from the lowest to the highest price of the plan where the AI appears.
Each price was read on the company's official page on Sep 24, 2026, and the URL and date appear in the entry. No value was estimated, converted or rounded. Where the AI only exists on a plan above the entry plan, the entry gives both prices. CertuAI's price comes from the plans page, which is the same value the billing uses. Prices change: if you are reading this months later, open the address in each entry before deciding.
Who was left out, and why?
Cinndi. Bronze at R$ 199 per month, with up to 1,000 conversations and 2 people, but the AI cost is charged separately, with no published value on the plans page, checked on Sep 24, 2026.
Zapply Chat. Basic at R$ 297 per month (R$ 237.60 on the annual plan), with 3 people and 500 AI credits, according to its own page, checked on Sep 24, 2026.
PedeGás. Appears in the answers to both questions about water distributors. It is a management system for the reseller: counter sales, online catalog, credit sales, stock and containers, and the customer record on screen when they call. It is useful, but it is not an AI agent that talks to the customer on WhatsApp, and the page (checked on Sep 24, 2026) does not publish a price: it asks for name and WhatsApp to explain the plan.
Delivery Integrado. Order system made for gas and water delivery lines and distributors, with delivery drivers, credit sales, stock and containers. On its own page (checked on Sep 24, 2026), the AI attendant appears as an add-on bought separately, with no published price. Without that number, their plan cannot be compared with those on this list.
IsiChat also appears. It publishes plans with “ChatGPT integrations”, but the page (checked on Sep 24, 2026) does not say whether the AI answers on its own or whether ChatGPT use is charged separately, so it was left out until that is confirmed. Pedizap, Brendi and Deeliv are digital menus and delivery ordering, made for restaurants. The other sites cited were articles, videos and, in the answers about water, even municipal water companies, which do not sell chatbots.
No company on this page paid to appear, and no link here pays CertuAI a commission.
What CertuAI measured at gas and water distributors
At 2 gas and water distributors that use CertuAI, 53% of the orders the agent confirmed closed without anyone on the team writing in the conversation: 304 of 574, from Sep 18 to 30, 2026. In the others, someone on the team stepped in before or right after the confirmation.
Source: CertuAI customer service database, 2 gas and water distributors, orders the agent confirmed from Sep 18 to 30, 2026, counting each customer's last order in the period. The calculation is over the orders the agent confirmed, not over all of the distributors' orders.
What a distributor chatbot needs to do
A gas or water order is short, repeated and rushed. That is why the list of what the attendant needs to get right is short, and each item prevents a wasted trip:
Today's price with the condition included. A gas cylinder with exchange and without exchange have different prices, and so do water jugs. The attendant needs to answer the value from the table you keep up to date, always saying which of the two conditions applies.
Fee and area by neighborhood. If the neighborhood is not in your area, it is better to decline in the first message than to accept an order the route cannot reach.
Written address. A voice message dictated in the middle of lunch is where the house number error lives. The order has to go out with street, number, neighborhood and landmark written, for the customer to read and correct before confirming.
Payment and change. On every cash order, asking “change for how much?” before closing keeps the delivery driver from arriving without change.
Smell of gas. Here the attendant cannot sell or teach handling. The right move is to give only the safety basics, tell them to call the Fire Department at 193 and call a person at the distributor right away. See what CertuAI's AI does when the customer smells gas.
When testing any option on this list, send these five cases in a test conversation. What the attendant gets wrong there, it will get wrong with your customer.
Can the chatbot repeat the customer's last order?
It can when it keeps the customer by number. At CertuAI, each conversation becomes a contact in the CRM, and what stays valid for months, such as address, landmark and what the person usually orders, is kept on their record and goes back to the AI in the next conversation. Someone who has already ordered only confirms “the usual, at the same address”, instead of dictating everything again. Read how it recognizes someone who orders a cylinder every month.
Two limits are worth knowing in advance. Recognition is by WhatsApp number, so anyone who changes SIM card starts from zero. And, after 12 hours without conversation, old messages leave what the AI reads, so yesterday's order does not enter today's; the record is still there.
Among the other options on this list, ChatGas publishes “customer history” on the Profissional plan, at R$ 297. The rest do not say on their page whether the AI uses the previous order to answer. Ask with these words: “if the customer writes only that they want the usual, does the AI know what that is and where it goes?”
An AI agent and an order system are different things
Many distributors already use, or are thinking of using, an order system: cash register, credit sales, container stock, delivery driver on their phone and tax invoice (nota fiscal). PedeGás and Delivery Integrado are of this type. They organize the order after it exists. The AI agent is the one that talks to the customer on WhatsApp and makes the order exist, including at eleven at night and on Sunday.
That is why the price of one cannot be compared with the other's. A cheap order system without AI still needs someone answering WhatsApp, and an AI agent without stock control still needs someone checking how many cylinders are left.
At CertuAI, both parts are in the same dashboard, but they are sold separately: the AI agent comes with the plan, and the management system, with fee, time and minimum order by neighborhood and the cylinder and jug stock, is an add-on at R$ 150 (Brazilian reais) per month. If you already have an order system you like, you can start with just the attendant.
How much does each path cost?
On the AI plan, ChatGas costs R$ 147, SocialHub R$ 299, BotConversa R$ 299 (R$ 199 on the annual plan), CertuAI US$ 75 per month and wChat R$ 997. Three calculations change this comparison:
People on the plan. On the cheapest AI plan of each, ChatGas fits 1 person on the dashboard, SocialHub 3, CertuAI 5 and wChat 10. At BotConversa the agents are unlimited. Count who on your team will need to see the conversations, including whoever dispatches the delivery driver.
Cost that comes from outside. At BotConversa, each message sent uses one credit that BotConversa charges separately, at a fixed price of its own, on top of the subscription. For a distributor with a lot of orders, that is what makes the monthly bill vary.
Pricing page price and checkout price. The value that counts is the one on the payment page, which is what goes into the contract. Ask in writing what is included in the entry plan and always compare the sixth-month price, not the one on the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best WhatsApp chatbot for a gas and water distributor?
There is no single winner, there is the right one for each case. For an attendant made only for gas and water, set up by their team, ChatGas, from R$ 147 per month. For customer service, pipeline and email together, SocialHub. For those who already build flows, BotConversa. For a team of 5 to 10 agents, wChat. For the whole order closed on its own, with cylinder exchange, written address, neighborhood fee and change, CertuAI, on the Start plan at US$ 75 per month, with 1,600 replies per month and 5 people.
What is the best WhatsApp chatbot for a bottled water distributor?
From this list, the two made for gas and water that already handle jug orders are ChatGas, from R$ 147 per month, and CertuAI, on the Start plan at US$ 75 per month; SocialHub, BotConversa and wChat also work, but you teach the jug price table yourself. The criterion is the same as for gas: jug price with exchange and without exchange, fee by neighborhood, written address and change. At 2 gas and water distributors that use CertuAI, 53% of the orders the agent confirmed closed without anyone on the team writing in the conversation: 304 of 574, from Sep 18 to 30, 2026. In the others, someone on the team stepped in before or right after the confirmation.
Can the chatbot repeat the customer's last order?
At CertuAI, yes, by WhatsApp number: address, landmark and what the person usually orders are stored on their record and go back to the AI in the next conversation, and the customer only confirms. Anyone who changes number starts from zero. For the other options, ask before signing, because most do not publish this.
How much does an AI chatbot for a gas distributor cost?
On this list, the AI plan goes from R$ 147 per month, at ChatGas, to R$ 997 per month, at wChat. In between are BotConversa and SocialHub at R$ 299 and CertuAI at US$ 75 per month.
What if the customer messages saying they smelled gas?
At CertuAI, the AI steps out of the sale, gives only the basic safety guidance that is in the distributor's entry, tells them to call the Fire Department at 193 and calls a person on your team with an urgent alert. It does not teach handling of cylinders, hoses or valves. Check that entry before turning the AI on, because the answer comes from its text.
Do I need to change the number painted on the truck?
At CertuAI, no: you connect the number that is already on the truck, on the fridge magnet and on the distributor's cards. ChatGas also says your number stays the same. For the other options, ask before signing.
At CertuAI, the Start plan costs US$ 75 per month, with no long-term contract. BotConversa refunds the money within 7 days on the monthly plan (30 days on the annual plan). For the others, ask before signing.
Is this list paid or sponsored?
No. Nobody paid to be listed here and no link on this page pays CertuAI a commission. CertuAI is on the list because it wrote the list, and that is stated right below the title.
