The stress test, Holter and ABPM each have their own prep and the patient almost always asks again the day before. The agent explains each one, books and reminds what to bring.

What is the best WhatsApp chatbot for cardiologists in Brazil?

The best WhatsApp chatbot for cardiologists in Brazil is the one that answers on the number the clinic already uses, with the business rules written by you. An AI agent on WhatsApp for cardiologists is CertuAI's automated assistant. It books visits, electrocardiograms, stress tests, Holter and ABPM, sends the prep for each exam in writing, asks for the list of medications in use and old tests before the day, and logs pre-surgery clearance requests with the surgery date.

"I have chest pain": what does the AI do?

Sends a single sentence, before any question: "This may be urgent. Call SAMU (Brazil's emergency ambulance service) at 192 now or go to the nearest emergency room." Chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting and weakness on one side of the body are on the urgency list that applies on its own to every health clinic account. The AI does not offer an appointment time along with it and does not ask how long it has been going on.

It is worth writing in the Brain who on the team is alerted when this happens, so someone looks at the conversation afterward. The 192 sentence goes out either way, with or without that rule.

Prep for Holter, ABPM and stress test: does the AI send it?

Sends the prep you wrote, exam by exam: clothing, sneakers, a shower before the Holter, what to bring. It is calendar text, and the AI repeats it word for word.

The exception is medication. "Do I take my blood pressure pill before the test?" is a treatment question, and on a health account the AI does not answer it, even if the answer is in the prep you wrote. It passes the question to the team. That is why the medication part of the prep works best handed over in writing by the doctor.

Clearance for surgery with a set date

The AI can ask right in the first message for the surgery date, what the procedure is and who requested the evaluation, if you write those questions in the Brain. That way the team sees the deadline before it becomes a day-before request.

What it does not do is promise the report or the clearance: on a health account, the AI never promises a report, statement or medical certificate without a visit. It books the evaluation visit and says what to bring.

What does the AI do with each cardiology message?

Messages from cardiology patients and what CertuAI's AI does
MessageWhat the AI does
"I've had chest pain since this morning"Tells them to call SAMU at 192 or go to the emergency room, before any question
"What is the prep for the Holter?"Sends the preparation you wrote
"Should I stop my medication before the stress test?"Does not advise; passes it to the team
"I need clearance for surgery on the 30th"Asks what you set and books the evaluation; does not promise a report
"My blood pressure read 16 over 10, is that serious?"Doesn't assess; offers an appointment or a handoff to the team
"I want to reschedule the echo"Reschedules on the CertuAI calendar; with Feegow, alerts the team

What CertuAI measured on clinic and practice WhatsApp

CertuAI measured when patients write on WhatsApp at 17 clinics and practices that answer with CertuAI's AI: 28.2% of messages arrived outside Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., almost 3 in 10. If the front desk works those hours, that's the part that waits until someone comes back.

What changes in the clinic with an AI agent?

What changes is who answers first: the message no longer waits for you and is answered right away. Here are four everyday situations at the clinic before and after the CertuAI agent.

TodayA patient shows up for the stress test in dress shoes and without knowing the prep

With CertuAIThe agent sends the instructions in writing and repeats them before the day

TodayThe visit starts with ten minutes of trying to remember which medications the patient takes

With CertuAIThe list arrives in writing before the visit, along with the history

TodayA pre-surgery clearance request arrives the day before the surgery

With CertuAIThe agent logs the surgery date right away and alerts your team

TodayA follow-up only happens when a symptom shows up

With CertuAIThe follow-up leaves the visit already booked and the patient gets a reminder beforehand

What does a conversation handled by the AI look like?

Is an AI agent or manual customer service worth more for cardiologists?

The agent wins at repetitive tasks, and the person keeps winning at what takes judgment. Done manually, someone at the clinic has to stop what they are doing; with the CertuAI agent the reply goes out on its own and you join the conversation whenever you want.

AspectThe manual wayWith the CertuAI agent
Stress test prepExplained over the phone and forgotten by the day beforeSent in writing when booking and repeated before the day
List of medications in useThe patient arrives not remembering the names of their medicationsThe agent asks for the list in writing before the visit
Pre-surgery clearance and reportBecomes a last-minute emergency at the front deskLogged with the surgery deadline and passed on to you
Old tests for comparisonAlmost always left at homeRequested along with the appointment confirmation

What does the WhatsApp agent do for cardiologists?

It handles the customer service that is yours today. You teach the business once in the Brain, CertuAI's knowledge base, and the agent answers patients your way, with your rules.

Written prep, exam by exam

Comfortable clothes and sneakers for the stress test, a shower beforehand and dry skin for the Holter, normal routine during the ABPM. Each instruction goes out when booking and comes back the day before.

Medication list before the visit

The agent asks for the name, dose and time of each medication in writing, so the visit does not start with ten minutes of trying to remember the pill box left at home.

Pre-surgery clearance and report with a date

The agent asks for the surgery date in the very first message, along with the procedure and who requested it, and your team sees the real deadline before it turns into a day-before emergency.

Old tests for comparison

Previous electrocardiogram, echo and latest blood test are requested along with the confirmation, because in cardiology the comparison is worth as much as the new test.

Chronic care follow-up

Hypertension, arrhythmia and post-event follow-up each follow different intervals. Book the follow-up before the patient leaves: a booked visit gets a reminder. The AI does not reach out on its own based on each treatment's timeline.

What questions do patients send on WhatsApp?

They are always the same, and the agent answers each one on its own. These everyday messages at the clinic no longer depend on you having your phone in hand.

Do you do stress tests? Do I need to stop any medication beforehand? How does the twenty-four-hour Holter work? Can I shower with it? I need cardiac clearance for surgery, how long does it take? Should I bring my old tests? Is last year's electrocardiogram good enough? How much is a visit with an electrocardiogram on the same day? Does the ABPM keep me from working on exam day?

How does the agent start answering at the clinic?

In three steps, on the same day. No installation, no code and no changing the number patients already know.

1

Teach your business

In one conversation, you explain services, prices, hours and rules, as you would to a new employee.

2

Connect WhatsApp

Scan a QR code with the number your patients already know. Ready in minutes.

3

The agent answers

It answers right away, books, does follow-up and logs every contact in the included CRM. You can take over any conversation whenever you want.

What needs to be ready before turning the agent on at the clinic?

The agent answers what is written, and nothing beyond that. Have these points defined before you connect WhatsApp.

  • The written prep for each exam: electrocardiogram, stress test, Holter, ABPM and echocardiogram
  • The exact sentence the agent can repeat about medication in use before the stress test
  • The self-pay price list for visits and for each exam, and the list of insurance plans with what requires authorization
  • What the patient should bring: a medication list with dose and time, old tests and the referral from the doctor who sent them
  • The turnaround your team needs to issue a report and pre-surgery clearance
  • The follow-up interval for each chronic care case you manage

Whether the agent books the visit and the exam in the same trip or whether the exam is only scheduled after you evaluate the patient.

The most common mistake: Letting the agent answer about stopping medication before the stress test with a generic sentence. That answer changes by medication and by person, and the safe sentence is to say that the doctor decides. Read how to fix this.

Frequently asked questions from cardiologists

Does the agent advise on stopping medication before the exam?

No. On a health account, the AI does not say whether the patient stops or keeps a medication, and this limit applies above whatever is written in the Brain. It passes the question to the team. Keep this part of the prep in writing, handed over by the doctor.

Does it respond to a patient reporting chest pain?

It does not assess it. Chest pain is on the automatic urgency list: before any question, the AI sends "This may be urgent. Call SAMU (Brazil's emergency ambulance service) at 192 now or go to the nearest emergency room." Without offering an appointment time along with it.

How does it handle a last-minute clearance request?

It asks for the surgery date in the very first message. That way your team sees the deadline early, instead of finding out the surgery is the day after tomorrow.

Does it reduce exams rescheduled because of wrong prep?

The prep goes out in writing when booking and comes back the day before, exam by exam. Someone doing a Holter gets the Holter instructions, not the stress test ones.

In what other fields does the CertuAI agent work?

In any business that serves customers on WhatsApp, because the Brain is written by you. These fields have a day-to-day closest to yours.

In short

Sends the prep for the stress test, Holter and ABPM (24-hour blood pressure monitoring), asks for the medication list and logs the pre-surgery clearance with the surgery date in the CRM.
