The 10 best WhatsApp customer service platforms in 2026

Quick answer

The best WhatsApp customer service platform depends on who will answer the customer: an AI or a person on your team. If you want the AI answering without anyone designing a flow first, CertuAI does that from US$ 75 per month on the Start plan, and Blip Go (R$ 389) and Umbler Talk (R$ 99.90 per agent on the annual plan) also include an AI agent on the entry plan. If the problem is organizing several people on the same number, look at Umbler Talk, wChat, Poli Digital and Digisac; for large operations, Blip and Zenvia. Nine of the ten publish a price on their own website, checked on September 24, 2026. Only Digisac does not.

About CertuAI: CertuAI is the AI that answers a small business's WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger 24/7, with a built-in CRM, and is a Tech Provider on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Paid plans start at US$ 75 a month, with no lock-in. Create my agent

A WhatsApp customer service platform is the system that takes the conversation off one person's phone and puts it on a dashboard: several agents on the same number, each customer's history, automatic replies and, in the newer ones, an AI that answers on its own. There is a whole shelf of them in Brazil, and the entry plan ranges from R$ 0 to R$ 989 per month in this list alone, before what each one charges on the side.

This page lists 10 of them with the price each company publishes, the address of the pricing page and the date CertuAI checked it: all on September 24, 2026. After the list come the criteria for choosing, the math on what a team of 3 people pays and what Meta charges on the side.

The 10 options, one by one

  1. 1. CertuAI

    Start US$ 75 per month.

    What it is
AI agent that answers on WhatsApp 24 hours a day, on the number the business already uses, through Meta's official API or by scanning a code on the screen. You explain in a conversation what the business does, that becomes the Brain (the company's knowledge base), and the customer notebook fills itself in behind the scenes, with automatic follow-up for people who stopped replying.
    Who it is for
A small business that wants WhatsApp answered on its own today, with nobody building a flow first, with up to five team members on the same dashboard on the entry plan.
    Where it falls short
It is not a large-operation platform with a contract, an account team and custom integration. Answering phone calls is an add-on at R$ 200 (Brazilian reais) per month.

Price published on CertuAI plans and prices, checked on Sep 24, 2026.

  2. 2. Blip

Blip Go Essencial R$ 389 per month, with a 15-day trial without a card, unlimited conversations and 100 broadcasts (bulk messages) per month. Each extra broadcast costs R$ 0.69. The higher plans, Plus, Super and Enterprise, are on another page of the same site and do not publish a monthly fee: only the price of the conversation and of the extra agent.

    What it is
Brazilian conversation platform for companies, with plans that range from small business to large operations. Blip Go is the entry point for smaller businesses, and according to the company's website in September 2026 it includes an AI agent that leads the sale 24 hours a day, a card-board pipeline and an official connection to Meta.
    Who it is for
A business that wants to start with AI on the entry plan and maybe grow into a large-company platform later.
    Where it falls short
Only the entry tier has a monthly fee on the storefront: from Plus up, the price comes by quote. The Blip Go page does not say how many agents the plan includes.

    Who it is for
A company that already uses RD Station for marketing and wants customer service under one roof, with a large team.
    Where it falls short
It is the most expensive on this list among those that publish a price, and the plan has a cap on customers served per month, with the excess billed on the next invoice.

Price published at https://rdstation.com/planos/tallos/, checked on Sep 24, 2026. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

  6. 6. Digisac

    Price on request

    What it is
Brazilian multichannel customer service platform that brings together WhatsApp through the official API, Instagram, Telegram and website chat in a single dashboard, focused on organizing team customer service. The site offers a 7-day free trial.
    Who it is for
A company with several people answering the same number, that wants queue, department and history organized.
    Where it falls short
It is a platform for customer service by people, with automation on top, and not an AI agent. The price is custom-built, so you only know what it costs after talking to sales.

Digisac's website has no pricing page: the old plans address returns page not found. The only price on the site is in a blog article by the company itself, from May 22, 2025, which mentions a starting price from R$ 197 and says the price is custom-built for each customer. CertuAI does not publish a number from more than a year ago as if it were today's. Ask for a quote. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

  7. 7. SocialHub

Essencial R$ 299 per month, with 3 users, 1 channel and 2,500 credits per month. Pro R$ 499, with 5 users and 3 channels, and Business R$ 899, with 10 users. Monthly billing, no lock-in. The checkout lists an AI chatbot on all plans, but the page's own questions only mention AI from Pro.

    What it is
Brazilian platform that brings together customer service and a customer notebook on WhatsApp, through the official API or by scanning a code, with a flow chatbot, several agents on the same number, a sales pipeline and email sending. No lock-in.
    Who it is for
A small business that wants customer service, pipeline and email in the same tool, with 3 people on the entry plan.
    Where it falls short
The bot is made of flows you assemble. The page does not say how many answers the AI gives with Essencial's 2,500 credits, and the page's own questions only mention AI from Pro. Confirm in writing what is included in the entry plan.

Price published at https://www.socialhub.pro/precos/, checked on Sep 24, 2026. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

  8. 8. wChat

Starter R$ 597 per month for up to 5 agents, with a flow chatbot. Pro R$ 997 per month for up to 10, where the AI chatbot comes in. The custom AI agent is on Enterprise, by quote. If the number uses the official API, Meta charges for the messages directly to you, separately. There is no free plan: what exists is a free demo.

    What it is
Brazilian WhatsApp customer service platform for teams: several agents on the same number, card board, queues by department, quick replies and reports.
    Who it is for
A company that already has five or more people answering and wants queues by department and a board to track who answers what.
    Where it falls short
The entry tier is high for someone who answers alone, and the AI chatbot only appears on the higher plan.

Price published at https://wchat.com.br/, checked on Sep 24, 2026. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

  9. 9. Umbler Talk

Essencial R$ 99.90, Impulso R$ 149.90 and Escala R$ 219.90 per agent per month on the annual plan (R$ 124.88, R$ 187.38 and R$ 274.88 on quarterly). Essencial requires at least 2 agents and the other two, 3. It has a free trial.

    What it is
Brazilian shared inbox through the official WhatsApp API, for several agents on the same number, with a pipeline-style customer list, visual chatbot and AI agents with a knowledge base already on the entry plan.
    Who it is for
Store or office with two or three people sharing the same number, that wants AI helping with customer service.
    Where it falls short
It charges per agent and with a minimum number of agents, so the bill goes up with each person. The lowest price is on the annual plan.

Price published at https://a.umbler.com/br/talk/, checked on Sep 24, 2026. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

  10. 10. Poli Digital

Entrada R$ 369.90 per month with 3 users, Inicial R$ 849.90 with 7, Expansão R$ 1,399.90 with 12 and Ilimitado by quote. Extra user from R$ 109.90 to R$ 129.90 per month, depending on the plan. What it is
Brazilian WhatsApp customer service platform through the official API, with Instagram, Messenger, website chat, chatbot, a sales and payments module and guided implementation.
    Who it is for
A company that prefers to be guided by someone during implementation instead of configuring it alone.
    Where it falls short
It has a setup fee on top of the monthly fee, and messages follow Meta's price list, billed separately.

Price published at https://www.poli.digital/planos, checked on Sep 24, 2026. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

How CertuAI built this list

The rule was short: only companies that serve small businesses in Brazil, have a page in Portuguese and publish something that can be checked. The names came from the 61 comparison entries CertuAI already maintains at /comparar, not from a search done on the spot.

A third party's price only goes in with the address of the company's own pricing page and the date CertuAI opened that page. In this list, all ten were checked again on the same day, September 24, 2026, on each company's website. CertuAI does not estimate prices, does not convert currency in its head and does not repeat a number it heard from a salesperson. Those that do not publish appear as price on request, and the entry says so plainly.

When two checks disagree, CertuAI does not pick one. That is what happened with Umbler Talk in September: R$ 69 per month for 2 agents on August 12, 2026 and R$ 99.90 per agent on September 7. While the doubt existed, the list said price on request. The September 24 check settled it: their page shows R$ 99.90 per agent on the annual plan and R$ 124.88 on the quarterly plan, the same amount as on September 7, and the price came back with an address and date.

CertuAI's price comes from /planos, which is the same amount billing uses. There is no storefront price different from the price charged.

Prices change. If you are reading this months later, open the address under each entry before deciding anything.

Other names that show up in this search

In the top Google positions for this search, SleekFlow, Respond.io, WATI, Zendesk, Octadesk, Huggy, Kommo, ChatGuru, ChatPro and Chatsac also appear, often in lists written by the companies themselves, with their own brand in first place. This list was also written by someone who is on it, and says so up top.

These have a side-by-side entry with CertuAI and did not fit in the ten rows of this list: SleekFlow, Respond.io, WATI, Zendesk, Octadesk, Huggy, Kommo, ChatGuru, ChatPro, Callbell and BotConversa. Their prices were not rechecked on September 24, 2026, so open each one's pricing page before deciding.

Chatsac does not have an entry at CertuAI and its price was not checked, so it did not make the list.

How to choose a WhatsApp customer service platform: 7 questions

Before looking at price, answer these seven questions. They eliminate half the list in five minutes.

1. Does it use Meta's official API? An API is the door that Meta, the owner of WhatsApp, opens so that a company's system can connect to WhatsApp. It is the path that Meta itself maintains for businesses. Of the ten in this list, nine sites say they use the official API or are official Meta partners; JivoChat does not say so on its pricing page. Some also connect by scanning a code on the screen, which is faster to start.

2. Who answers the customer: a flow, an AI or a person? A flow is the menu of options that someone designs beforehand. AI reads what the person wrote and answers. A team platform organizes people answering. Knowing which of the three you want changes the whole list.

3. How does it charge? Per agent (Umbler Talk, JivoChat), per team tier (wChat, Poli Digital), per customers served in the month (RD Station Conversas), per account with included users (CertuAI, Blip Go, SocialHub, Zenvia) or custom (Digisac). The same team costs very differently in each model.

4. What comes extra? WhatsApp module (JivoChat), AI module (JivoChat), channel package and activation (Zenvia), implementation (Poli Digital, RD Station Conversas, Zenvia), message wallet (RD Station Conversas) and what Meta charges per template message. Ask with those words whether the advertised price already includes each one.

5. How many people will be answering six months from now? With one person, the per-agent price looks lowest. When the third and fourth come in, it multiplies. Do the math with the team you will have, not the one you have today.

6. Can you try it before paying? Blip Go gives 15 days without a card, Digisac 7 days, JivoChat 14 days on the Profissional and Empresarial plans, and Umbler Talk and Poli Digital have a free trial. wChat offers a demo. Test with a deliberately tricky question, written the way your customer writes.

7. Does the conversation become a contact on its own? If each person who reaches out does not become a record with a name, history and next task, someone on the team will do it by hand. Check whether the customer notebook comes included or is another product.

What a team of 3 people pays per month

The math below uses only the price each company publishes on its own site, checked on September 24, 2026, for 3 people answering the same number. It does not include what Meta charges per message, which shows up on almost all of them and is explained in the next section.

CertuAI: US$ 75 per month on Start, which already includes up to 5 people.

SocialHub: R$ 299 per month on Essencial, which has 3 users.

Umbler Talk: R$ 299.70 per month on the annual Essencial (3 times R$ 99.90), or R$ 374.64 on the quarterly plan.

JivoChat: R$ 364 per month on the annual Básico: 3 operators at R$ 63 plus R$ 175 for the WhatsApp module. With the AI Agent, another R$ 343.

Poli Digital: R$ 369.90 per month on Entrada, which has 3 users, plus the setup fee from R$ 1,197.90, paid once.

Blip: R$ 389 per month on Blip Go Essencial. The page does not say how many agents are included, so ask.

wChat: R$ 597 per month on Starter, which goes up to 5 agents.

Zenvia: R$ 600 per month on Specialist, which has 10 users, plus the channel package from R$ 100 per month and R$ 649 for WhatsApp activation in the first month. The R$ 0 Starter has only 1 user.

RD Station Conversas: R$ 989 per month on annual Basic or R$ 1,099 on monthly, with unlimited users, plus the message wallet of at least R$ 300 per year.

Digisac: no published price. Only with a quote.

What Meta charges on the side

Almost every platform makes clear that its monthly fee is one thing and what Meta charges for the message is another. According to Meta's pricing page for developers, read again on October 1, 2026, the charging works like this:

Meta charges for each template message delivered. A template is the ready-made message, approved by Meta, that the company uses to start a conversation: a reminder, an order notice, a promotion.

Replying to someone who wrote first stopped being free on October 1, 2026. When the customer sends a message, a 24-hour window opens. Until September 30, replies inside it were not charged. Since October 1, Meta charges each reply at the country's utility message price, and each number has a thousand free replies per month, which do not roll over to the next month. Utility templates (such as an order notice) sent inside the window are also charged again.

Marketing messages are always charged, inside or outside the window. The amount changes with the template type and the country of the recipient's number.

In practice: if your use is replying to people who reach out, the first thousand replies of the month for each number cost nothing, and the following ones go at the utility price. If you plan to send a promotion to the whole list, ask the platform how much each broadcast costs and who pays Meta. On Blip Go, for example, each broadcast above the plan's 100 costs R$ 0.69, according to the company's website in September 2026. In the free app the logic is similar: the WhatsApp Business broadcast list is now paid when it becomes a commercial broadcast.

Automatic customer service is not the same as a menu bot

A good part of the tools call a menu of options automatic: type 1 for a quote, 2 for delivery, 3 to talk to an agent. That solves the first question and gets stuck on the second, because the customer writes the way they write and the menu does not understand.

The other path is the AI agent: it reads the message the way the person wrote it, looks for the answer in what the business has already told it and replies. There is no menu, no designed flow, and the second question is answered the same as the first.

In September 2026, three of the ten in this list include AI already on the entry plan: CertuAI, Blip Go and Umbler Talk. Zenvia and wChat have AI from the second plan, at SocialHub the checkout lists AI on all plans but the page's questions only mention it from Pro, JivoChat sells it as a separate module, and RD Station Conversas and Poli Digital list AI among the features. Both things appear on the companies' sites with the same word, “automatic”. When choosing, ask for a demo and send a deliberately tricky question. That is where the difference shows.

Only one of the ten does not say what it costs

Nine of the ten publish a price you can verify: CertuAI, Blip, Zenvia, JivoChat, RD Station Conversas, SocialHub, wChat, Umbler Talk and Poli Digital. On September 7, 2026 there were only seven: Umbler Talk had two checks that did not match and Poli Digital published only the extra user price. At the September 24 check, both showed the plan with a price.

Digisac is the only one that still has no pricing page. That does not make it worse. It only changes your time math: a platform without a price is a sales conversation before you can compare. If your time is short, start with those that publish.

One caution about those that publish: the price that counts is the one on the payment page, which is what goes into the contract. At SocialHub, for example, the checkout starts at R$ 299, not at the lower amounts that still circulate in old lists. Ask before signing up.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best WhatsApp customer service platform in 2026?

It depends on who will answer the customer. For the AI to answer on its own without anyone designing a flow, CertuAI starts at US$ 75 per month, and Blip Go (R$ 389) and Umbler Talk (R$ 99.90 per agent on the annual plan) also include an AI agent on the entry plan. To organize a team on the same number, Umbler Talk, wChat, Poli Digital and Digisac. For large operations and bulk sending, Blip and Zenvia. For people who already use RD Station for marketing, RD Station Conversas. Prices checked on each company's website on September 24, 2026.

What is the cheapest WhatsApp customer service platform?

Among those that publish a price in this list, the cheapest fixed plans that already include WhatsApp are SocialHub's Essencial at R$ 299 per month, with 3 users, and CertuAI's Start at US$ 75 per month, with up to five people and the AI answering. Charging per person, Umbler Talk comes to R$ 99.90 per agent on the annual plan, with a minimum of 2. Zenvia's Starter costs R$ 0, but turning on WhatsApp in it carries an activation fee of R$ 649 in the first month and a channel package billed separately. JivoChat's free plan does not list WhatsApp.

Is there a free WhatsApp customer service platform?

In this list, only Zenvia's Starter costs R$ 0, with 1 user and built for bulk messaging, and turning on WhatsApp in it carries an activation fee of R$ 649 in the first month. JivoChat's free plan does not list WhatsApp. The WhatsApp Business app is free, but it was built for answering by hand, on a phone.

How much does a WhatsApp customer service platform cost?

Among the ten in this list, the entry plan with WhatsApp ranges from R$ 99.90 per agent (Umbler Talk, on the annual plan, with a minimum of 2) to R$ 989 per month (RD Station Conversas Basic, on the annual plan), checked on September 24, 2026. For a team of 3 people, most land between R$ 299 and R$ 600 per month. On top of that there may be a setup fee, a WhatsApp or AI module and what Meta charges per template message.

What is the official WhatsApp API and do I need it?

An API is the door that Meta, the owner of WhatsApp, opens so that a company's system can connect to WhatsApp, and the official API is the path that Meta itself maintains for businesses. Through it, Meta charges per template message and, since October 1, 2026, also for replies within the 24 hours after the customer writes, with a thousand free per month for each number. Nine of the ten platforms in this list say on their website that they use the official API or are official Meta partners. On CertuAI, the official API comes with every paid plan.

Can you automate WhatsApp without coding?

Yes, on all ten. The difference is the effort: on those that work with a flow builder, someone designs the conversation screen by screen before the first message is answered. On those with AI, you teach it what the business does and it answers from that. CertuAI asks what the business does in a conversation and builds the answers from that, with no flow.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

With CertuAI, no: you connect the number the business already uses, by scanning a code on the screen or through Meta's official path. On the other platforms in this list the path differs from one to the next, so ask about this before you sign up.

What is the difference between a customer service platform and an AI agent?

A customer service platform organizes people: queue, department, who answers what and the conversation history. An AI agent answers in the person's place. The two add up, but they solve different problems: if your problem is that nobody answers in the middle of the night, the platform alone does not solve it.

Is this list paid or sponsored?

No. Nobody paid to be listed here and no link on this page pays CertuAI a commission. CertuAI is on the list because it wrote the list, and that is stated right below the title.

Want to try before you choose?

You connect the number the business already uses, tell it in a conversation what the company does, and the agent starts answering. No lock-in contract and no fee to start.

Build my AI agent

In short

The best WhatsApp customer service platform depends on who will answer the customer: an AI or a person on your team. If you want the AI answering without anyone designing a flow first, CertuAI does that from US$ 75 per month on the Start plan, and Blip Go (R$ 389) and Umbler Talk (R$ 99.90 per agent on the annual plan) also include an AI agent on the entry plan.
