Quick answer

For a small business, the alternatives to Blip and Zenvia with a published, verified price are CertuAI (US$ 75 per month on the Start plan), Callbell (R$ 90 per user), JivoChat (R$ 63 per operator, plus R$ 175 for the WhatsApp module), Z-API (R$ 99.99 per number), chatPro (R$ 199 per number), JetChat (R$ 299 on Lite), SleekFlow (R$ 719 on Pro, or R$ 569 on annual), RD Station Conversas (R$ 989 on annual) and Umbler Talk (R$ 99.90 per agent on annual). About CertuAI: CertuAI is the AI that answers a small business's WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger 24/7, with a built-in CRM, and is a Tech Provider on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Paid plans start at US$ 75 a month, with no lock-in. Create my agent

Blip and Zenvia are two of the biggest conversation platforms in Brazil, and both were designed for large operations. When the business has five people, something else matters: the entry price, how long it takes until the first conversation works, and whether someone will need to build the flow first.

This page lists 10 alternatives, with the price each company publishes, the address of its pricing page and the date CertuAI checked it. JivoChat, RD Station Conversas, Umbler Talk and the Blip and Zenvia prices were rechecked on Sep 24, 2026. Where two checks disagreed, the entry says so instead of picking the nicer one.

What is the best alternative to Blip and Zenvia for a small business?

Who wrote this list. CertuAI wrote it, and CertuAI is on it, in first place. It is first because the list is CertuAI's, not because an outside judge chose it. The price for each of the others comes from the company's own pricing page, with the address and the date checked next to it. Check it and draw your own conclusion.

The 10 options, one by one

  1. 1. CertuAI

    Start US$ 75 per month.

    What it is
A team of AI agents that answers on WhatsApp 24 hours a day. You tell it what the business does in a conversation, and the agent starts answering from that. There is no flow to design.
    Who it is for
Small business owner who wants WhatsApp answering on its own today and has nobody to build a bot.
    Where it falls short
It is not a large-operation platform with a contract, an account team and custom integration. Answering phone calls is an add-on at R$ 200 (Brazilian reais) per month.

    Who it is for

The entry plan has a contact cap and works with one channel only, and what Meta charges per conversation remains separate.

Price published at https://jetchat.com.br/planos/, checked on Sep 7, 2026. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

  7. 7. SleekFlow

Pro R$ 719 per month on monthly billing or R$ 569 per month on annual, with 500 active contacts per month, 10 users and the AI agents. Premium R$ 1,799 per month (R$ 1,499 on annual), with 1,000 contacts. Billing goes up with the number of active contacts in the month.

    What it is
Platform from Hong Kong and Singapore, present in several countries, that brings WhatsApp and Instagram into a shared inbox, with mass messaging, a flow builder and an AI agent.
    Who it is for
Company that serves customers in more than one country and wants the same tool working in several languages.
    Where it falls short
The bill goes up in a busy month, because billing is per active contact.

Price published at https://sleekflow.io/pt-br/pricing, checked on Sep 24, 2026. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

  8. 8. RD Station Conversas

Basic R$ 989 per month on the annual plan or R$ 1,099 monthly, for up to 500 customers served per month, 1 number and unlimited users. Pro R$ 2,699 on annual or R$ 2,999 monthly, for up to 3,000. Advanced on request. WhatsApp messages come out of a separate credit wallet, with a minimum top-up of R$ 300 per year, and setup is charged.

    What it is
The former Tallos, now part of RD Station and an official Meta partner. It brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email into one inbox, with bots, agents and a link to RD Station's marketing and customer list.
    Who it is for
Company that already uses RD Station for marketing and wants customer service in the same house.
    Where it falls short
It is the most expensive on this list among those that publish a price, and the plan has a cap on customers served per month, with the excess billed on the next invoice.

Price published at https://rdstation.com/planos/tallos/, checked on Sep 24, 2026. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

  9. 9. Umbler Talk

Essencial R$ 99.90, Impulso R$ 149.90 and Escala R$ 219.90 per agent per month on the annual plan (R$ 124.88, R$ 187.38 and R$ 274.88 on quarterly). Essencial requires at least 2 agents and the other two, 3. It has a free trial.

    What it is
Brazilian shared inbox through the official WhatsApp API, for several agents on the same number, with a pipeline-style customer list, visual chatbot and AI agents with a knowledge base already on the entry plan.
    Who it is for
Store or office with two or three people sharing the same number, that wants AI helping with customer service.
    Where it falls short
It charges per agent and with a minimum number of agents, so the bill goes up with each person. The lowest price is on the annual plan.

Price published at https://a.umbler.com/br/talk/, checked on Sep 24, 2026. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

  10. 10. Huggy

    Price on request

    What it is
Brazilian customer service platform that brings WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram into a team inbox, with conversation bots.
    Who it is for
Company that already has a customer service team set up and wants everyone on the same screen, with reporting.
    Where it falls short
Billing is per user, so the bill goes up with each person who joins, and today the price comes by quote instead of being on the page.

At the Sep 7, 2026 check, the pricing page showed no plan price: the price comes by quote. On Aug 11, 2026 it showed the price of the extra user, from R$ 69.90 to R$ 189.90. CertuAI does not publish the old price as if it were today's. Side-by-side comparison with CertuAI.

How CertuAI built this list

The rule was short: only companies that serve small businesses in Brazil, have a page in Portuguese and publish something that can be checked. The names came from the 61 comparison entries CertuAI already maintains at /comparar, not from a search done on the spot.

A third party's price only goes in with the address of the company's own pricing page and the date CertuAI opened that page. CertuAI does not estimate prices, does not convert currency in its head and does not repeat a number heard from a salesperson. Anyone who does not publish appears as price on request, and the entry says so in plain words.

When two checks disagree, CertuAI does not pick one. The item changes to price on request and the entry explains that there was a disagreement, with both dates. That really happened in September 2026 with Umbler Talk and Huggy. The Umbler Talk doubt was resolved in the Sep 24, 2026 check, when their page showed the same price as the previous check, and the price came back with address and date. Huggy's remains written in its entry. Publishing the old number as if it were today's would be prettier and less honest.

CertuAI's price comes from /planos, which is the same amount billing uses. There is no storefront price different from the price charged.

Prices change. If you are reading this months later, open the address under each entry before deciding anything.

Who was left off this list, and why

CertuAI keeps comparison entries for 61 competitors. The ones left off are still there, with the side-by-side comparison, and some of them are names that show up a lot in the same search: Digisac, Octadesk, BotConversa, Poli Digital, Kommo and ChatGuru.

None of them is left off for being worse. It is left off because CertuAI did not have a price for them in reais with an address and a date that could be published, and in a list whose job is to put the price next to the name, a price nobody checked does not earn the line. Digisac still has no pricing page. Poli Digital started publishing its plan: Entrada R$ 369.90 per month with 3 users, plus a setup fee from R$ 1,197.90, checked on Sep 24, 2026 at poli.digital/planos. It appears with a price in the 10 best customer service platforms on WhatsApp, along with Digisac.

What Blip and Zenvia cost today

Zenvia publishes. The pricing page shows Starter R$ 0 (1 user, built for mass messaging), Specialist R$ 600 (10 users, with generative AI), Expert R$ 1,800 and Professional R$ 3,900 per month. On top comes the channel package, from R$ 100 per month, and an activation fee in the first month: R$ 649 to turn on WhatsApp on Starter and Specialist, R$ 1,999 on Expert and R$ 3,999 on Professional. Checked at zenvia.com/precos on Sep 24, 2026.

Blip publishes only one price, the entry tier. The Blip Go Essencial plan costs R$ 389 per month, with a 15-day trial with no card. Checked at blip.ai/blip-go on Sep 7, 2026 and again on Sep 24, 2026, with the same price, 100 broadcasts per month included and R$ 0.69 per extra broadcast. On Aug 11, 2026 that same plan was R$ 299, so it rose R$ 90 in less than a month. The upper plans, Plus, Super and Enterprise, are on another page and do not publish a monthly fee, only the price of the conversation and the extra agent.

Both are good, large platforms, and neither was built with a five-person business in mind. That is why the list above exists: it is not that Blip and Zenvia are bad, it is that the size does not fit. See also the side-by-side comparisons of CertuAI vs. Blip and CertuAI vs. Zenvia.

Why a small business switches platforms

The most common reason is not the subscription price, it is the price per person. Many of the options on this list charge per agent or per user. With one person the price looks low; when the third and fourth come in, it multiplies without anyone noticing, and some also require a minimum number of agents.

The second reason is the time until it works. A flow platform asks someone to design the conversation, screen by screen, before the first message is answered. If nobody in the business has that time, the tool gets bought and sits idle.

The third is what is left after the conversation. In many tools, the conversation ends and disappears. Someone who asked the price on Tuesday and did not come back gets lost among fifty more messages. In CertuAI, each new conversation already comes in as a contact, with the deal at the right stage and a task set to follow up. This is explained in CRM with AI on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest alternative to Blip for a small business?

It depends on how many people will answer. JivoChat's free plan does not list WhatsApp; with WhatsApp, Basic comes to R$ 63 per operator plus R$ 175 per month for the WhatsApp module, on the annual plan. Callbell starts at R$ 90 per user, with WhatsApp in separate credits, and Umbler Talk at R$ 99.90 per agent on annual, with a minimum of 2. Z-API costs R$ 99.99 per number, but it has no customer service screen. If you want conversations answered automatically, CertuAI starts at US$ 75 per month on the Start plan, per account with five people included.

How much does Blip cost per month?

The entry plan, called Blip Go Essencial, costs R$ 389 per month and comes with a 15-day trial with no card. Checked on the blip.ai/blip-go page on Sep 7, 2026 and again on Sep 24, 2026, with the same price. On Aug 11, 2026 that same plan was R$ 299, so the price rose R$ 90 in less than a month: check the source before deciding. The larger plans, Plus, Super and Enterprise, have no published monthly price and are sold by quote.

How much does Zenvia cost per month?

Zenvia's pricing page publishes R$ 0, R$ 600, R$ 1,800 and R$ 3,900 per month depending on the plan. On top of that come the channel package, from R$ 100 per month, and the activation fee in the first month: R$ 649 to turn on WhatsApp on Starter and Specialist, R$ 1,999 on Expert and R$ 3,999 on Professional. Checked on Aug 11, 2026 and rechecked on Sep 7 and Sep 24, 2026, with the same monthly prices.

Can you leave Blip or Zenvia without losing your WhatsApp number?

The number belongs to your business, not to the platform. In practice, switching means releasing the number from whoever manages it today and connecting it to whoever will manage it from now on, and the process differs from one platform to another. Ask the new one for the step-by-step before canceling the old one, never after.

Do I need someone technical to switch platforms?

It depends on the option. Z-API and chatPro give you the message pipeline and expect you to have someone who writes code. CertuAI, Callbell, JivoChat, JetChat, SleekFlow, Umbler Talk and Huggy open on a ready-made screen and you connect the number yourself.

Is this list paid or sponsored?

No. Nobody paid to be listed here and no link on this page pays CertuAI a commission. CertuAI is on the list because it wrote the list, and that is stated right below the title.

Want to see it working before you decide?

You connect the number the business already uses, tell it in a conversation what the company does, and the agent starts answering. No lock-in contract and no fee to start.
